A small English village, Hanley Swan in Worcestershire. It boasts a duckpond with a nesting platform. I was camping near there last summer and took a walk to this village. This was a rose at the Worcester (Mass.) Flower and Patio Show. I went there hoping to encourage the arrival of spring. I’m not sure that I was entirely successful, but at least it whet my appetite for the arrival of those glorious days of spring and summer here in New England.
This is not one Sunday, but there were a large number of visitors.
