Ok this thing would need to be huge and the forklifts would need to be a lot faster but this would be so cool. We could go outside in our break and do stunts and talk crap and have some fun. We could all stand around the edge spray painting the bowl and paying out on the other guys when they stack it. Actually we do half of this stuff without the skatepark.
Keeshonds are wonderful fun dogs – but always hungry. Their joyful expressions are always a treat to those of us who own one. Si U figured : why wear our heart on our sleeve when we can do so on our chest?
Was fiddling around with the camera and achieved a rather elongated exposure of my dog. 3 seconds actually. The result was somewhat white but with a little detail. I did a tiny amount of contrast/brightness adjustment and was rewarded with this. Maybe I am biased – after all, I think he’s just wonderful – but this is now one of my favourite pictures of him :)

Waiting For Doc – by RD Riccoboni ™ portrait of three Labs. Three family members waiting for their master to return. Sometimes the slightest shift in the way you look at things, / a seemingly insignificant change in perspective can alter your life forever, / Author Unknown Color is the first thing you notice about my work. What makes it ‘pop’ is the placement of color and texture. The primary colors in my palette are derived from the colors in the original rainbow flag which represent sexuality, healing, sun, nature, art, harmony and spirit. As a painter I am a visual storyteller. A message comes with the art – perhaps it is playful, calming, erotic, disturbing, political, or even sacred. I like to flirt with the issues and experiences we face in everyday life, the things we do and the places we go that define our lives. Whether positive, humorous, or thought provoking, my work portrays events people relate to while creating a sense of place for the viewer. RD. An occupational hazzard associated with being the official photographer for the RSPCA WA! This little guy’s sole agenda was to jump at me and latch onto whatever he could. In this case it was the leg of my jeans, but he also had a good chew on my hand, camera strap and even a 50mm lens! This puppy was re-homed the day this shot was taken. Profit portion of any sales will go to the RSPCA WA. Taken with a Canon 5D and 50mm prime lens @ f1.8, ISO 1000, 1/400th sec, handheld. Featured in Canon DSLR Group Feb 2009. Featured in Workshop Camera Club June 2009. Placed in top 10 (9th) in Paws ‘n’ claws Dog Profile Challenge, August 2009.
This’s a shot of Udon when he was 2 months old together with my boyfriend’s schauzer,PooPup. See how playful or aggressive he could be at such a tender age, pinning down a bigger dog! The whites of the photo is the flooring. I did not cut the outlines of the blanket though it may seem to appear to be that way :D
Udon’s asking if I could pack him along with all the other stuff in my suitcase :D
On our drive up to Polipoli this morning we stopped along the way to watch the paragliders, as I stepped out of our truck this vehicle was driving by with two adorable Shelties barking happily like small children thrilled to be outdoors on a beautiful rain soaked morning on Maui. I love the look of this candid shot, especially the brilliant blue sky and clouds reflected in the window. Soon after we moved into our home, while unpacking the library books, I heard a swirl of thunder outside the window. Except it wasn’t raining. Initially, I thought we had a giant rat in the walls of our new home or something, and the sound went on. I stopped short as if I was in an earthquake. Even my sense of smell had a heightened awareness. Cedar wood. Once the rush of sound subsided I peered out the window and saw that the tree had bowed onto itself. Perhaps the insects had eaten it. Who knows I know I needed to take inventory right then. What was really important? You think, you know, you have everything under control, and then the natural world turns things around. Several weeks ago, our Red Bubble’s Woof uploaded a winter’s image that I swore was of MY back yard… In fact I was certain… it was a different perspective of this photo. Alas, a closer look shows two completely different places. So this is for Woof…
