The was a beautifully frosted and foggy day in the woods of Epping Forest, UK. There were a few of us out that early morning, enjoying the wonders and the magic that the freshly dawned day was putting on display. Canon EOS 450D 18-55mm kit lens featured in A Garden Somewhere … in June 2009 … thank you so much – what an honour!

After it had rained for the last two days here, this little squirrel was soaked to the bone, she found something to eat and is high up in a tree with a faint shaft of sunlight filtering through the trees on her. Maybe she can dry out, warm up and enjoy the nut that she has just found. / Melinda
