This is a photo of a real crocodile who luckily enough kept his mouth wide open for a while to enable me to take that shot. I darkened it for adramatic effect then dodged along the teeth to let some of the texture of his skin show through.
“The Caterpillar and Alice looked at each other for some time in silence: at last the Caterpillar took the pipe out of its mouth, and addressed her in a languid, sleepy voice. `Who are you?’ said the Caterpillar.” An illustration for the well-known story of Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, where she meets Mister Caterpillar. Who persists in asking her: “Who are you?” Done with oil pastel on cardboard, details added in with a normal pencil.
The Tardis… The ultimate Freedom Machine. Forget travelling back in time, or to planets inhabited by strange, fascinating and terribly sexy creatures. If Dr Who were to offer me a ride this is where I would want to go. Well… here or back to his place ;) Oh, and as for the fact that the real Tardis is blue not red – well of COURSE mine would be red! My blue phase is soooo yesterday ;)

Standing, looking at an artwork in a gallery recently I found myself asking, who is the artist? At one level the answer is obvious – the person who created the object. But the tricky bit is they may or may not be the person/s who decided it was art. A recent exhibition at the National Gallery of Australia of Aboriginal art is a case in point. The early objects on exhibit became “art” when a curator determined they were. Before that they were objects the community created to give meaning to their lives. There were no artists just the people making the works. And, I will confess here, I find the idea of being an artist a little bit diminishing. It is possible to be a lawyer because other people aren’t one (I know at least that I am not a lawyer). But if I decide I am an artist does that mean I wasn’t one before or that you aren’t one? The truth is we are all artists or at least have the potential be. And so being an artist is really little different than being human. At least if we allow ourselves to be fully human. And whether the things we make are considered to be “art” or not, I guess we will have to leave that to the critics. Martin (aka Pilgrim)

II’m doing a lot of viewing on RB but not much uploading lately – don’t want to overdo it.. Time for a little action with another painting from my ‘Other Worlds’ series. How long, if ever, will it be before mankind ventures to other planets? Acrylic on board 20” x 16”
I used to love Dr Who when I was young. The Daleks freaked me out and I would hold an umbrella whilst watching so I could put it up and hide when the Daleks came on.. he he! Enjoy! Brother Adam Youtube Video .

It is possible to add a very useful tool to every site (RedBubble Profile, Bubblesite, any Art-site or T-Shirt-site…) to see directly and live, who is visiting you…. :) For me it is very informative…..... maybe for you too…....... Now I will describe how to do this…........... You have to go here to FEEDJIT and you will see there in frames, under “Cut and paste the code below into any HTML page for your own instant Live Traffic Feed” a code, looking for example like this: < a href=”http://feedjit.com/ir1/5ceae12346ade7ae/”>< img src=”http://feedjit.com/b/5ceae12346ade7ae.png” alt=”” ISMAP />< /a> Just copy it, paste to the site where you want to see your visitors (write it for example in your comments of a new photo, which you have just posted)... Now you have to copy the last html-address (in this example: http://feedjit.com/b/5ceae12346ade7ae.png) and use it as a “normal” picture you want to post… Just write it between two exclamation marks: ! http://feedjit.com/b/5ceae12346ade7ae.png! (without the empty space….) Now you add the first html-address from Feedjit and use it like a link (in our example: http://feedjit.com/ir1/5ceae12346ade7ae/).... You write it after the picture address after a double point…. And it looks like this: ! http://feedjit.com/b/5ceae12346ade7ae.png!:http://feedjit.com/ir1/5ceae12346ade7ae/ (without the empty space….) It will work and show you your visitors…. When you go to: WATCH LIVE, you can remove your IP, and you don’t see yourself, just the other visitors….. Use for every new site a new code, which you can generate clicking FEEDJIT again…. When you have BLOGGER or TYPEPAD BLOG, you can add this tool to your blogsite too (just click here) and you will get even much more useful informations: for example from which site the visitor is coming, or which site he is using to leave your blogsite…. you even can see which words he is typing in google looking for your blogsite… very cool!......... Because of this adaptation to work this tool here at RedBubble some informations are lost, but anyway, you still can see live your visitors, not only as a number, but as a live feed….................. I love this tool! Try it too…... With a lot o greetings Nuh Sarche Read also: Free buttons for your website… or Little helper to write nice comments… or Use a descreet visitors counter and see informative statistics… Who’s among us?

A scene reminiscent of some work places – everyone trying to climb to the top! Seems these snails felt the need to climb high onto an old fence post between Carpenters Rocks and Blackfellows Caves in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. This is a common sight at this time of the year where common paddock snails congregate on anything off the ground… Canon 400D, 18-55 lens with CIR Polariser.

Early Autumn and morning mist add to the quiet and softness of this scene. A young buck has come to drink and enjoy the quiet, but he has heard a sound behind him and so is on the alert for who or what may come through the mist, could be someone else looking for the same thing or it could be something more! Original image taken at Rogue Elk Park with HDR effects added with Dynamic Photo. Using Photoshop layers, the Image was then filtered thru Dreamy Photo. The Buck was added as a composite, lighting effects added using render then lighting effects.
