How long can you weep in silence? / Soon, the pain will be unbearable. / If you’re not careful, you’d lose your mind.. / And maybe even, your life.. A remake of one of my previous photomanipulation, Silenced as you can see here: Done in photoshop. Photos and drawings used to make up this piece are my own shots taken and drawings done. Comments and critics will be appreciated. Thank you! n_n Vector and Raster Prints: /

Inspired by the classic Beatle’s tune of the same name. I’ve always loved this song and have had this vision of a weeping guitar in my head for years before I attempted to photograph it. ~ I look at you all see the love there that’s sleeping / While my guitar gently weeps / I look at the floor and I see it need sweeping / Still my guitar gently weeps I don’t know why nobody told you / how to unfold you love / I don’t know how someone controlled you / they bought and sold you I look at the world and I notice it’s turning / While my guitar gently weeps / With every mistake we must surely be learning / Still my guitar gently weeps I don’t know how you were diverted / you were perverted too / I don’t know how you were inverted * / no one alerted you I look at you all see the love there that’s sleeping* / While my guitar gently weeps / I look at you all / Still my guitar gently weeps Oh, oh, oh / oh oh oh oh oh oh oh / oh oh, oh oh, oh oh / Yeah yeah yeah yeah / yeah yeah yeah yeah

By: DALE CRUM Oh, if humans only knew what trees know. / History has walked--loved-and killed / Around them-under them-and in them / Oh, if we could plug headphones into a knot / Oh, if we could sit in their shade and listen—not talk / Oh, how feeble and foolish is this creature called man / They do whisper in the quiet morning breeze / They do show the brevity of man in autumn / In the transition from life unto death / The glory and splendor of that next life / For in their passing, the leaves become most radiant / They raise their voices in hues of flame and passion / Then sling them to the whim of the winter winds / Burial mounds do gather beneath their feet / Man only sees the toil of the raking / By storm do the trees warn by tapping windows / By beating on roofs / By crashing onto cars / By ripping down the wires of lightening / The trees do not always whisper / Perhaps wisdom would be to listen more closely / That they not be compelled to raise their voices? / DC This one has my own eye in it. I drew the tear in by hand—it was really tricky to make it look real. I created this using only my own original photos. And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed to the LORD and wept in anguish. Then she made a vow and said, “O LORD of hosts, if You will indeed look on the affliction of Your maidservant and remember me, and not forget Your maidservant, but will give Your maidservant a male child, then I will give him to the LORD all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head.” ~1 Samuel 10-11 Stock Credits: / Woman by pieceofmestock.deviantart.com / Keys by bazzlestock.deviantart.com

VIEW LARGE PLEASE :=} These statues are called the ‘Weeping Women’ located on the top of the colonnade in the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. The weeping women were created by the sculptor Ulric Ellerhusen. The point of the statues was to express the sadness and melancholy of life without art.

This beautiful piece of history is Australias oldest bridge still in use. Built in 1823, when the town was first settled. The town of Richmond was initially the on the main route from Hobart to Port Arthur. This shot taken in the early evening, about 40 minutes from sunset. The upper clouds just started to change their colour. Richmond Bridge, Richmond, Tasmania, Australia. Canon 50D, 18mm. Available Large, and definately best viewed large!!
Angels Weep…For the Children There’s a disturbing culture of violence sweeping our schools, resulting in trauma, maiming and even death…..we shed tears and burn with anger and while we search for answers…..more lives are lost and the angels weep. Children are de-sensitized by being drip-fed a steady diet of blood, gore and violence through games and the media yet we have a Not Safe button on the human body…what kind of message does this send?...the human body is something to be abhorred, ashamed of? / Kindergarten was once a place for children to learn social skills, re-enforce discipline and respect for others , develop their imagination and prepare them emotionally for school, now it’s a place of learning, they’re pushed into growing up too quickly. No surprise they’re angry when they can’t keep up..! / . / Recently a 6 year old took a knife to school…now where would a 6 year old learn problem solving involved using a knife! Available as an art print, card, canvas, mounted print and poster. / Image copyright © 2009 Shanina Conway. / Copying and displaying or redistribution of this image without permission from the artist is strictly prohibited
We were racing the clock to try get to Port Arthur by sunset, and there was just too many bends, and slow trucks… However, this beautiful scene popped up, and we were only 10 mins from the site, I had to make a decision… I’m glad I stopped, turns out, the site was closed anyhow, and I got this shot of some weeping willows, and still water pools. 5 mins allong what seems to be an un-named side street, I think it was private property too, but not signed.. Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania, Australia. Canon 50D, 10mm. Available large and best viewed large!!
