A photograph with “home made P.S.” the only difference is that the objects were live, hand picked and hand applied. It was made with layers of nature, reflections and things around the house. /
During Spring for a few weeks you get this really intense green weed hitting the Sydney coast line…. I loved the contrast and textures of the green weed against the blur of a long exposure (30sec +) of the ocean and a nice dramatic sky.
Here’s some dandelions growing in my front yard with the sky & clouds in the background. / Sold : 4 x cards / 1 x medium framed print.
Dragonflies and ladybugs dancing around dandilion puffs.

This is not a dandelion but It’s similar. if anyone knows what it is, let me know :) It’s around the size of a tennis ball and It’s so delicate. I found these when I was taking a nature walk with my girls. Luckily we were on our way back to the car when I spotted these so we grabbed a few for me to play with and sprinkle LOL….................I’m addicted I know ;)
This is from the series Mars Attack “The Passover” The visitors are passing directly over us as we look in wonder. / All eyes are glued to the sky as we stand and tremble. / The dog is barking at the sky I wonder if he knows? / That soon our whole worlds gonna change forced on us by strangers! / My minds confused as I stand and look what the hell is going on? / Just last week we were in the church praying to Baby Jesus. / But this has put a different player in to my religion. / I wonder who he’s praying to or even if he cares! / My wife’s still looking at the sky as I struggle with my mind. / And all my neighbors are in a trance as this thing go’s by. / And little Trudi’s standing there she’s peed in her new blue jeans. / And her friend Kim from down the street has done the same thing too. / And Mike the guy who’s always ready to come and play some cards. / Is on his knees in his front yard praying up to God. / My mind is still a little foggy as I look to all my neighbors and then Judi comes up to me and says she’s really frightened. / It looks to me that everyones scared as we look at it pass by. / And then I hear someone start to scream so loud it waked me from my thoughts. / Its Janis who’s from the next block over she’s the local artist. / I guess this night will get her busy painting brand new things no more fruit on little tables for this pretty lady. / She’s pointing in the other direction and oh Lord what’s that I see? / As far as my eyes will go are these giant flying sauces. / We all stand and look up at the sky I think someone has fainted! / Yep its Fred my kinky neighbor this is even too much for him as he’s passed out on the front yard in his pink rubber suit. / As far as my eyes will take me its full of flying saucer I guess these things aren’t joking now it looks like they mean business! / And running down the streets towards us is my online friend named Karen. / She’s telling everybody that these things are gonna kill us all. / I tell her to sit on the grass and take a little break if they had wanted us dead it would of been all over. / So here we stand all looking up and all that I can see is the sky so full of visitors to bring a change to our blue Planet! This image was shot at dawn. I waited on the lake in the dark in my kayak until the sun started to peer over the horizon and the mist I had been kayaking through became evident. The silence was golden. This is the picture I have in my head of that moment, a place I want to return to over and over again.
This is a location that is pretty well known to Sydney photographers… Turimetta. I have been shooting the heck out of it lately because it was in a very lovely state… sand had been ripped out of the gorge and also the Spring weed was in full bloom. It took me 8 visits over 3 weeks to finally get the weather conditions that I was after. I guess it shows that persistence does pay off. BP
This was another shot from my study of Turimetta. There is something about this location when storm clouds are around… the quality of the light just makes this location come alive i a storm. I never get tired off shooting this gorgeous place… everytime I go there I come back with different shots.
Tiny dandelion seeds against a colorful paper… Enjoy!

Side is a resort town on the southern coast of Turkey, near the villages of Manavgat and Selimiye, 75 km from Antalya) in the province of Antalya. It is located on the eastern part of the Pamphylian coast, which lies about 20 km east of the mouth of the Eurymedon River. Alexander the Great occupied Side without a struggle in 333 BC. After Alexander’s death, Side fell under the control of one of Alexander’s generals, Ptolemy I Soter, who declared himself king of Egypt in 305 BC.
