North-West Cove is a tiny fishing community on the Aspotogan Peninsula of Nova Scotia, Canada. About 35 miles or so from Halifax on Route 3 or 103 will get you to the turn-off which follows the seacoast around the peninsula and where you’ll find many quiet and beautiful spots like this one. The home is complete with a pair of workshops and/or fishing sheds built at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, very convenient for mooring a fishing boat and loading or unloading. This photo was taken Oct.5,2005, as the autumn foliage was coming into full beauty. / Sony DSCF828 camera. /
