This was the beautiful ocean View taken from the balcony of our Motel room . Which was overlooking Waikiki Beach in Honolulu. And what a beautiful place this is for a Summer Holiday / I know it is not summer in Hawaii at Christmas, but it is here in Australia..Christmas is a Summer Holiday for us.

This is the view you see after hiking up Diamon Head in O’ahu Hawaii. Takes about 1 – 3 hours to hike up depending on your level of fitness and thew views are well worth it once you get up there…

Next week….Antarctica! Ha ha, no. This was the last stop on my “Around the World in 40 Days” trip. In 6 weeks i managed to visit 18 cities within 9 countries in 4 continents (not including Australia). A little ambitious but i wouldn’t change a thing. I still have a few photos that i’ll be uploading, but this marks the end…so sad. Thanks to everyone for visiting and commenting! Oh, and on another note, one of my photos, Sunrise at the Buckley recently won the Gallery Choice Award on the phartgallery.com Competition ‘Refresh’. I was very wrapped and scored myself a $300 print voucher from the website!
