The meaning of mandala comes from the Sanskrit word for both “CIRCLE” and “CENTRE” Even though it may be dominated by other geometric shapes like squares or triangles, a mandala will always remain a concentric (CIRCLE) structure. Mandalas offer balancing visual elements, symbolizing unity and harmony. The meanings of individual mandalas is usually different and unique to each mandala. For some, the goal of the mandala is to serve as a tool on one’s spiritual journey as it symbolizes cosmic and psychic order. For others, the mandala is used as a counter-balancing mechanism of one’s own psyche, (The spirit or soul) and a way for us to focus or meditate our way into becoming a whole person. The meaning of Yin-Yang: Yin-Yang represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work. The outer circle represents “everything”, while the black and white shapes within the circle represent the interaction of two energies, called “yin” (black) and “yang” (white), which cause everything to happen. They are not completely black or white, just as things in life are not completely black or white, and they cannot exist without each other.

Here are 5 great reasons to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables A DAY They’re packed with vitamins and minerals. They can help you to maintain a healthy weight. They’re an excellent source of fibre and antioxidants. They help reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and some cancers. They taste delicious and there’s so much variety to choose from. No such advice in the 1980s when all that mattered was the Wacka Wacka Wacka sound of the gobbling yellow circle as you risked RSI and frittered away your pocket money on endless attempts to beat the days high score. How times have changed!
http://www.philadelphia33.org/ Taken while traveling to an isolated village in Nigeria. These people cause so much hurt to the locals. Child sacrifice, although greatly diminished, is still practiced in some areas. They manipulate the people and use fear and superstition as a way to control the people and earn a living for themselves. I have seen it many times and their power is destructive if left unchallenged. Medical and herbal doctors can do good. But Full Blown Witchdoctors practice dark medicine that only causes hurt and death, especially to children. As a missionary, working within villages, I have seen children demonstrated by people and in some cases killed. I shared Jesus with her, and she is now a Christian. We helped her start a new business selling clothing and other items. 100% of all proceeds from sale of art and donations made via our Charity website, goes towards helping extreme poor in rural and isolated villages in Africa. We continually need vitamins for the villagers, and pre-natal vitamins for mothers-to-be; we need two deep-bore wells to serve our most remote 5 villages, where the water is so fouled by animals that children and adults contract intestinal parasties, including worms that can fill their stomachs as well as intestines. We need trucks large and tough enough to haul this drilling equipment in, (and the following) and we need commercial farm equipment such as rotavators, etc.. We need Toyota Land-rovers (at least one) to get to these remote 5 villages more quickly and more often, and to get our medical personnel in. / -These Toyotas are the only passenger-vehicles proven to hold up under the beating that road-less, trackless desert bush country deals out to vehicles.- / And we need clothing. Lots and lots of clothing in good or new condition. (These things need not be shipped; with donations we can purchase them in big cities in Africa.) / Another way to help, below: / Donate some of your art and save a child’s life! One thing I must remind myself is the fact that not every one has seen things like this.. an orange orchard.. although in Florida, these are called an “orange grove”. same thing.. we just call them groves.. I see these every day.. but!.. in winter we see them full of fruit.. a sure sign of good juice!.. and pretty colorful fruit in my breakfast bowl.. before this harvest, is the blossoming of the orange flowers. and you smell them for miles. it is intoxicating. My husband was the one who said.. share that with the red bubble. ! I think they would like it :).. so here it is, a little touched by my mouse fingers. . Alva , Florida

6 mile cypress.park, Florida. three different shots I took of the fronds.. understood to help in the relief and cure of mens prostate ailments.. yay for this wonderful palm tree / they grow cukoo in Florida !.. people , you see, will pick up the berries, which is true hard work, to sell this product by the bushels.. Florida is the biggest producer of saw palmetto. Small patches can be found from the southeast coastline of South Carolina and southeastern Georgia to southern Mississippi. But it does not grow naturally in Texas, Mexico, or the Caribbean. It grows in every Florida county, but much of its production centers in South Florida. The Associated Press reported on recent saw palmetto developments in Florida in an article extracted here. informations from the internet. _ In 1994 an important entrant joined this growing field. It’s called the Saw Palmetto Berries Co-op of Florida, Inc. Headed by CEO Gregory P. Zaino, this company can harvest more than 3 millions pounds of berries annually. Based in Naples, Florida, Mr. Zaino can be reached at (239) 775-1243. The Naples Daily News had a two-page cover story in its August 25, 1996, issue about Mr. Zaino and his operation. You can read it here at http://www.mendosa.com/vachon.htm. The article was written by Staff Business Writer Michelle Vachon, who happens to be an old friend and associate of mine from when we worked together as editors of a magazine years ago.
