Zanskar 1984 Series Nearing the top of Shingo Lal (5,500m), I couldn’t let go of the view behind us. We were fortunate with the weather, and weren’t used to this much cloud. So low. A vastly different landscape awaited us over the pass. It would await the 2 two stragglers you might be able see in the middle foreground a little longer. (Larger view recommended)

I am always so moved by the beauty of the American Bald Eagle. Nothing compares to the absolute beauty and near “Godliness” of this bird. He is just to me the most absolutely beautiful bird that was ever put on this Earth by our Creator. When I see a Bald Eagle in the wild, it never ceases to take my breath away…

Fart is most commonly used in reference to flatulence. The immediate roots are in the Middle English words ferten; which is akin to the Old High German word “ferzan” meaning ‘to break wind’. Fart is sometimes used as a nonspecific derogatory epithet, often to refer to ‘an irritating or foolish person’, and potentially an elderly person, described as an ‘old fart’.
