A few metaphors can be applied here. / There was definately a little humour surrounding the shoot as I was explaing to Rachelle the emotion that I wanted her eyes to portray (which she did perfectly!) eventually the album we decided to “chew” apart was Liberace’s “The Look of Love album!!” LOL! / The cover had Liberache himself giving the look of love (eeeep!), naturally we used that as inspiration! :D This and another 2 images will be on display at the BSG Picture This exhibition that began last Friday. Much thanks to the gorgeous Khelltic / / The weekend was a huge success and I thouroughly enjoyed spending time with like-minded souls. / Massive thanks to the following for your muse, inspiration and collaboration… / Kara Rasmanis / Jenny Hall / John Robb / Matt Allan from Disenchanted / Melissa Kirkham / Jo O’Brien / James Price / Michael Alesich / Lucky Vegetable / khelltic / Bronwen Hyde / Karen / / / / / / / / / / / / Art Folders… / / Entire Portfolio / Born From This Earth – Series / Hearts At War / Vehicular works / Architecture / Travel / B&W Photography / Transitional Industrial Utopian Series / Abstract / Models and Fashion Photography
Sony A100 + DT18-70mm lens / (panning technique – not photomanipulation) / - / cubism…rectangulism ^^ I love experimenting into that direction and style ! / another abstract -impressionnist painterly feel photography. / I found it could look good in any other orientation… / this is also a collection with many variation of colors. some will be added as vertical (an all other orientation) / - copyrighted / — /
The beautiful French village of Collioure with its historic forts with church and Clock tower dominating the harbor entrance. A romantic couple enjoying the atmosphere.
anyone here in France will exhalt the goodness about Cheese and more importantly a good glass of Wine to accompany! This cheese is made at a Laiterie in Celles sur Belle – it is a beautiful cheese! This could well have been a batch made by my dear hubby who spent 2 very hard months at the local laiterie working horrid hours and over christmas for rubbish pay! But it was an experience that he will not forget in a hurry! taken with Canon eos 350d / as is
Comments welcome.
Vin’s first appearance as he sang one song with Pork Chop Express-Oct. 2008 at a charity event for Oceans of Love, in NJ. He was great & he has a marvelous stage presence. / ( you would never know the simplest things are difficult for him because he has autism)
they say that “Every Englishman’s home is his Castle” well in this case that is certainly correct!! Just on the outskirts we found this beautiful castle set on couple hundred acres of land and vineyards – and we had the chance to taste and treat ourselves to the wonderful Pineau Charente and liquers made from their very own grapes…it is a privately owned property and the history of the castle goes back to the medieval days but unfortunately I have lost the brochure – I am searching though!! Still lived in by the existing owners! The bells of Carennac, on the banks of the Dordogne, chime seven times… and again seven times… and then the big bell begins with all of it’s resounding beauty; it’s the hour of the aperitif! A leisurely glass of bubbly on the balcony looking up at the steeple, followed by a simple Salace Quecynoise, finished by this lovely cheese course! Canon 40D, Manfretto tripod.
Original Oil on Canvas.Commended at a Local Horticultural Show here in Essex on 5/9/2009. / Ok…so this is wierd, but I painted this because I had nothing better to do,due to having no phone and no internet for 3 days and I was bored stupid and felt totally isolated from anything or anyone. / Just shows what a strange effect isolation has on me..lol.
