I think Redbubble needs some comic book nerdery to break up all the photos of sunsets at the moment. 2007 is set to be Venom’s year. If you don’t know who he is, you will after seeing Spiderman3. Marvel is cashing in it upping his profile and putting Spidey back in his black costume as well.

There’s nothing more satisfying then a hearty villian laugh. Next time you’re blue, give it a shot! I love villians. I love the antiheroes, the obscure villians, psychotic villians, sneaky villians, foolish villians and funny villians. I even love the stereotypical villians, and there’s nothing that makes me smile quite like a moustache twirling, stovepipe top hat wearing, evil laughing, cape swishing villian does, so this was my homage to the most holy of villian stereotypes!

We struggled with the design, but I feel this works. After the concept and the pose, the name came to and it was so. The calm approach in mid-flight and all ready to strike. I imagine this is what you would see last if you weren’t careful meandering in unknown territories. Done with a sharpie. The original was created in pen & ink.
