I photographed Antonio in 1977. I was working on a story pertaining to abominable housing of illegal alien migrant farm workers in Homestead, Florida. Basically they were slave labor, housed in concentration camp environments. Enjoy your next tomato! Nikon FTn, 50mm f.14, TriX film.
Wot? Don’t say you never felt like this! Needless to say, the message on this T-shirt is entriely metaphoric. I do not advocate violence at all, except in the context of certain sporting contexts! And then, not with guns or manufactured tools of violence.
Émeraude, raised outside New Orleans but now calling East St. Louis home. Self-styled Urban Samurai. And remember that title: don’t call her ‘vigilante’ if you like all your parts where they are already.

I know I’m not following the rules of composition with the meerkat looking out of the short side of the frame but…in watching these very vigilante creatures I noticed that they were constantly looking outside the enclosure and not at their close environment. I am trying to show their process of examining the distance not the close-up. Captured at Point Defiance Zoo, Tacoma, WA. /
While traveling across the United States Coast, my pal and I found this graveyard in Kansas. We barely saw a sign, for a historic monument. As we turned left to travel down a dirt road, we were intriqued because the road seemed to go on forever. Two miles later, we arrived and were literally awestruck at what we had found. Here was the graveyard from Fort Wallace and the graves, still standing, were done by hand with writings that fascinated me. A true glimpse of the old west, this site offered so very much to see! This photograph was shot with a Canon XT.
