So how do you make someone understand something that you understand? You can’t. All you can do is understand it. So your greatest gift to them is just know what you know about death, know that it is nonexistent, know that this man, this being, exists eternally, know that he can come through the cat door either way, know that he is constantly, consistently focused here, know that he has awareness about what all of you are doing, know that his interest in what you are doing has not changed at all. Know that you have the ability to interact with him. Know that he has the ability to interact with you. And make that a real experience for yourself. And then talk about it as if it is a normal experience. Let it be the normal experience that it really is. Chakras and Vibration Everything moves, from atoms to planets millions of light years away. Electrons move around the nucleus of an atom. Planets revolve around their suns. Everything moves and therefore everything vibrates. Where there is vibration, there is sound. Every part of our body vibrates at a specific sound frequency. Each of the seven Chakras has a specific sound associated with it. Colors also vibrate at a specific frequency. And each Chakra has a color associated with it. That is why the use of color and sound can return balance to our Chakras causing restored health. / The Key To Health and Healing. Chakras are associated with our physical, mental and emotional states. When energy does not flow freely from the Chakras, the body does not function properly. We need to reestablish the free flow of energy in order to heal. The key to health is for our 7 Chakras to be in balance. Through stress of any kind, physical, emotional, psychological, our Chakras can become unbalanced or out of tune. Ommmm .. Sound and Vibrations.. This really is putting the last of the series first.. but.. it’s all one big fat circle anyway!!! Sunset Rendezvous And he came to meet me at sunset / Is that how it always ends? / My goodness he is beautiful once again / No longer full of cancer and sorrow / He is 39 and I remember that was his favorite age / He was 39 for 5 years and then he got sick But look now with a belt from the 80’s and an / Umbrella from Harrods / He is so happy and shining and seems to know / The way. / What is he saying? / He just sounds buzzy to me / Can’t quite make it out. / But I will nod yes because that is what I feel like / Here with him at sunset / Like everything is Yes Yes Yes! I’m not even thinking really / I am just dancing in his charm / And feeling like the whole of me is present / I feel like there is no need nor want / I feel satisfied and full and beautiful I left at 70 but as I see my hands they are not / 70 years old / I think they are 30ish.. and my breasts feel ripe. / Oh this is marvelous simply marvelous / I think this life after life / Hits the spot! This is my niece Alanna.. she rocks my world. I have used her in several of my pieces and this one is for me one of my fav shots. She got my 6 inch boots on one day..(I ended up giving them to her) and she floated around my home as I kept shooting. She wants me to manage her career in Hollywood in a couple of years from now as she knows her Auntie L don’t take no bull. She goes to Cornish University in Seattle Wash. and is awarded a big Scholarship for her abilities as an actress. Which for a school like that are far and few between. She knows where I came from and she trusts me. I trust her. i trust her ability to be young and wrong and dream and live and allow life to show her what the next turn is in the road. I have never ever told her she had or she should do anything. I have told her if she asked me how I solve my problems and what I still can’t seem to do very well. But though my relationship with her I feel more of the youth I still have lurking well within this soul. I love teens and young people. I tend to give them more room than my peers in my head as amazing beings, and this is a mistake. For me anyway. I think we are eternal so age really is all in the settling for a thought that one is about done with growth.. / I love one line I have taken from my Abraham work.. / You Ms. Linaji… Are Never Finished and Life Is Never Done!!

They were out on the same walk She saw buildings / He saw the sky She saw shadows / He saw the shadows of birds that fly She saw a crack / He saw a crevice She saw a hole / He saw a ditch She saw the homeless / He saw the rich She saw a rock / He saw a diamond When they got home they looked into each other’s eyes, / How shall we ever agree on this life at the same time? / They said all at once / Well… / She said / We must learn to revel in our differences / Lets go against society, / Every time I see differently or you do / Lets break out the champagne and the sweet meats / Every time one sees a problem..
