Every morning I draw something before I do anything else…ok I take a leak first, and grab a cup of tea but THEN! I draw something just to warm up my hand before I do something serious. / Usually this drawing is good for nothing, ore at the best of times it turns out to be a good sketch fore something exciting. / But never something I can use as it is….until today that is. This one is also just a quick and merciless sketch, but there was something more in it today, so I decided to share… I reckon it will look great on print. Like this… Ore on a matted print like this…
AWESOME

My modern day Tisiphone calls on the power of nature as she prepares to wreak vengeance on those who wrong her and those she holds dear. Montage created using two images by myself and stock model and lightening images. Thanks to Marcus J Ranum for his gorgeous model.

(Ἐρινύες-the angry ones) The Furies, in Greek Erinyes, or euphemistically Eumenides, were avenging spirits of retributive justice. Their names, when in course of time their number had come to be fixed as three, were Alecto, Megaera, and Tisiphone. Their task was to punish crimes not within the reach of human justice. - from Bulfinch’s Mythology They are not usually associated with winter although they have been known to cause violent snow-storms. I was walking by on the opposite side of the road when this stupid tree called out just loud enough for me to hear, “Hey Bozo, yer kinda ugly an’ ya smells bad.” / Of course I looked around to see who he was talking to like that, but I didn’t see anyone. I chose to be the more mature one, and kept walking. / He continued, ”...and your hairdo looks stupid and you walk like constipated duck and…” / I turned around, went straight to him and asked, “Are you going to apologize for talking like that?” / His only reply was, ”...an’ you can bite my butt, an’ you…” / I’d had enough, so I pushed him over. THAT will teach him for talking in such ridiculous run-on sentences, eh?
didn’t realize I had taken this until I was putting my portfolio together / I wish I had seen this sooner, because my boss probably would have chosen this for the catalog instead of the other photo / oh well / there’s always room for it in ads =] shot as is April 1, 2008 / Taste of Chaos / Avenged Sevenfold / Nokia Theatre @ Grand Prairie, TX / ZV Custom & Damien (spelling?)
