Something besides portraiture for a change! This piece won the College Foundation Purchase Award in the student art show I entered last April. It was my first ever entry into an art show, and I was shocked and elated that I actually won something. Needless to say, I am very proud of this image. © Cadence Gamache This piece was nominated into the Pay It Forward group by the wonderful Melanie Dooley. This is what she had to say about it: When I first joined RB I saw this image and bought a canvas of it – it hangs on my dining room wall. / I was very inspired by the colours, composition and textures. I know the artist is proud of this image – as she should be. It embodies everything I aspire to as a beginner/hobby digital artist. You are way too kind, Melanie… Thank you.

Enjoy!
This is the first piece of work that I ever planned. I had an idea and then proceeded through to an end product. Luckily it kind of worked – otherwise I probably would have been shattered!
Fairly old shot that I just chucked some of my new editing style at… I think it turned out alright! Enjoy!
Someday, the light will shine like a sun through my skin & they will say, What have you done with your life? & though there are many moments I think I will remember, in the end, I will be proud to say, I was one of us. / ~ Story People
Title: Grandma’s Vase Photographer: Robin Collins, FourCrowsArt Whispers of color, softly focused, dreams on your walls. This is what I was trying to achieve with this series. It takes a bit of manipulation and process, but the outcome is beautiful. Using the technique “through the viewfinder” this image came through not one but two cameras to become the piece you see.

/ Framed Print Sweet Rosie / made from paper, pencils, charcoal, marker pen and stuff like that :) Here is a new one from my “Connections” series, all done with lots of dry media. This one is about the connection we have with our loved ones, roses always speak volumes about beauty, love, romance…......and wanting to connect…...what happens we we give and receive roses, why do we give and receive them…..it’s really sentimental stuff…..ahh where would we be without all that roses say for us, through us, about us, to others :) I hope you like my “Sweet Rosie”.....these roses are for you :)
