Mesa Arch, Canyonlands National Park – Utah. / Exposure. In hopes to explain the title of the image, Abearance is defined as behavior. Take a look at this image by a great photographer named Steve Taylor and you will understand: / http://www.redbubble.com/people/stevetaylor/art/975986-1-mesa-madness My it seems we have developed a rather abusive love hate relationship with this particular natural area. Just remember to be careful out there people, a lot of us put a desperate kind of love into natural world, please help to preserve it. WIld horse in Utah. This is the one and only wild horse that I named. I named him Marv after a Native American friend of mine. The similarities between the horse and my friend were amazing. The long flowing black hair and the pride they both portray is inspiring. I haven’t seen Marv for a long time, I don’t know what happend to him. I look for him everytime I go out and he is nowhere to be found. So here is to Marv! /

It was tough to keep my shadow out of this shot!

The symbolism of this image is deep. Man against nature, his arrogance even when dwarfed by the age and strength of nature. / This was taken in Arches National Park at Delicate Arch in the Fall of 2005. There are many photographs of Delicate Arch and I didn’t want to duplicate what had already been done. With a man dressed in a black suit, he appears in a unique vision of the famed Delicate Arch stepping out from another time and place.

I am a gentle creature from time to time. But there is another side. So YOU want to mess with my pack, my friends. You have judged the cover without knowing the heart. So here I was in my den taking it easy and minding my own business. Then my inner spirit spoke to me and said something was wrong. I felt it inside and I was right. So I am waiting, and when the time is right. Now you have awakened the Warrior within, mess with one, mess with us all. Yeah this look is for YOU! Remember it, because the next time you will not see my face. Cheer up Selina!!!
