This image is along the top of the pier at Victor Harbour in SA that I posted earlier titled “Taken for Granted”. / This horse drawn cable car which has been operating since 1875, takes the passengers out to Granite Island. / There are 3 horses that alternate the route each day, and the track on the pier is lined with heavy duty rubber matting, so-as to make it easier for the hoses to walk over the timber…... / My wife Dawn, is the redhead walking along in the background. / ================================== Click here / if you want to see all the images in this portfolio so far. ================================== Framed /

A picture of some kind of straw with snow on it. Taken in the woods near my house, outside Oslo, Norway. Post-processing: / Made some adjustments in adobe raw, mainly to fix the light and contrast. / Added a black and white layer with a tiny blue hint and set the blending mode to soft light. Added two black and white layer with a bluegreenish tint and set the blending mode to multiply and screen on around 10-15% opacity. Reduced the noise, sharpened, cropped and rotated.

A small creek flowing under the relatively new bridge at Sinnissippi park in Sterling Illinois. Im unsure of the name of the creek. But the park is really nice, it has an 18 hole discgolf course and about 15 Hopewell indian burial mounds. / Sony DSC W100
