  • Another shot of the decaying elevated highways in Montreal. This time I wanted to illustrate the disorienting feeling that one may experience when looking up, while standing under the structures. Pssst! Your eyes are not playing tricks on you; the photo is really displayed sideways. ;-) My son had just played a hockey game and the arena was right beside this, so I made a few shots while we were waiting for him to change after the game. I converted to black and white and enhanced the gritty aspect a bit in Photoshop in order to emphasize all the cracks and dirt in the concrete.   • Equally as beautiful the underside of a Oyster Fungus, thankyou so much to Carla for pointing that out, apparently she said the Oyster Fungus has a creamy white underbelly where the Scallycaps are more black. Its definitely an Oyster. I was kind of hanging on the slope of the hill this morning to get this photo, made equally precaroius with the slippery Fall leaves.
