A t-shirt for Edward fans ;) My niece introduced the “Twilight” series of books to me. It’s a series which seems to be aimed at fans of the Harry Potter books who are now going through puberty. It’s vampires and werewolves meet Mills and Boone. The main character is a 108(?) year old teenage vampire who sparkles in the sun and whose character seems to turn otherwise sane and intelligent young lasses into a bubbling mass of teenage hormonal obsession.
I’ve just finished reading Stephenie Meyer’s series Twilight, which I greatly enjoyed. My sister really wanted a Twilight t-shirt but the official ones are really really bad so I figured I’d just make one for her. I have a feeling copyright laws prohibit me from having it for sale though…. hmmm how do I have it viewable but not for sale…

Captured 12/13/2008 on a very frigid morning at Cherry Creek State Park, here in Colorado, I froze my damn keester off because I was dense and forgot to bring along my damn jacket! It was an incredible sunrise folks, one which I won’t forget, the colors changed and developed by the minute, going from the cool blues to the warm pinks, reds, and oranges…and I was able to get something in the shots which I had never had been able to before, the lake actually shimmering! In some of the other shots in days to come, you can really see this, and you kind of can here in the bottom left side a tad, an odd occurrence, and one I finally managed to snag! Long exposure, using my Singh-Ray CPL and Marumi ND4, on my Minolta 18-70 DT Lens, I hope ya all like it, let me know what ya think! / —-John !

Well this shot did really well over on deviantART so I thought that I would also share with you all here too. (I honestly wasn’t expecting the 1600 odd favorites it received over there, took me by surprise!) Storm clouds fight with the evening sunset over the Colorado Rockies & Longs Peak. Every now and then I like to get a little artistic with my HDR’s and this is one of those, there is no right, no wrongs when it comes to photography and artistic interpretation, and i realize that not everyone likes that, nor this style, that is fine, I respect that, but I also ask the same of you to respect my creativeness, too! BEST VIEWED LARGER Ok I get home after a long day at the office, I get in the door and think daylight saving might allow me a sunset shot. / I think oh no , wont go out, well maybe i will , maybe i wont. Well guess which won ? And it gave me so many shots of this apricot coloured sunset, plus hardly any wind so that big photographer in the sky was helping me . And all i could say was THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU Newport is located on Sydney’s Northern beaches on the shore of of Pittwater and Broken Bay about 30 kilometres fom Sydney CBD. I saw these reflections and ran for the camera. Sydney Harbour like a mill pond before the many vessels start their morning trips and disturbing it’s surface. The other factor is that look to the water surface that landscape photographers might know it’s like a oily look to the water that lends itself to wonderful reflective surface. It took many shots of Sydney Harbour this morning, if, and you should have seen the sunrise that followed . WAIT ! yes i have photos of that as well.
