Hop bird goes yellow, just for you.
What wonders can this silence be its been for a few weeks! / That little Tweety made not a peep from my neighbors yard! / What can this be she’s not away she’s drove by every day! / My Minds been free to sit in bliss with out that noisy bird! / Oh what can this be that her little Tweety has not one loud peep made? / Its been three weeks my door bell rings she tells me the bad news! / So peep no more my little friend I hate to say you won’t be missed! / Four weeks have passed and I awake, to some ungodly chatter! / I bound from bed all sleepy head still wondering what’s the matter? / I peek out through my window shades and what the hell is that? / Sitting on a pole so high in my neighbors yard, is a giant yellow bird! / Oh my this things two feet tall and thats not with its tail feathers! / And with them you can add two more, this is quite a giant fellow! / And as I sit there quite amazed my neighbor just appears and says to him my little friend just wait until that bad cat reappears! / Five weeks have now come and gone and my other neighbor back, from their holiday retreat with my little friend! / I hoop I holler what took so long? Can you send my hero over! / So in a leap as fast as that he’s sitting in my lap, I scoop him up all soft and warm and take him to the window! / So I can introduce my furry friend to my big noisy neighbor! / One look was all it took for him to get the same idea as me, that this bird has got to go! / And in an instant out of my arms my little champion scampered! / I didn’t want to see the crime or be a part of that! / So to my chair I went so fast to listen to the attack! / It took less than ten seconds for the alarm cry to sound, much to my enjoyment! / And then it got real quiet! / I jumped up from my chair so fast to my feet but afraid to take a look! / And then I saw a little paw in Tweetys big black beak ! / Its been 6 months since I last saw that cat he won’t come out the house! They say he’s lucky to be alive that bird took just one bite!

Not quite your typical street scene. Can’t exactly categorise this one. Cartoon or not? Acrylic paint on canvas textured paper. Framed prints and canvas wraps also available from bigemptywall.co.uk on request.
This is one of my flowers from my show and poems for her. who needs to hear that canary sing all morning loud and clear? / I wonder where the neighbors cats at? / So he can put an end to that!

Our 10 month old Ragdoll kitten loves to sit in her home at 1068 Purr St. and survey everything that passes by the door and that includes the other Ragdoll cat in our household Daisy-Mae who is so big now that she barely fits in this tent. Lily-Rose makes sure she doesn’t get in!
“I tawt I taw a puddy tat… I did! I did!” With that simple phrase, the world fell in love with a little yellow canary named Tweety. Voiced by Mel Blanc. This one seen on the side of a classic Boeing-Stearman Model 75 aerobatics plane at the Avalon Air Show 2005.
