This ones is for ROSIE! My adopted Mom, she in heaven, now! But she inspired me very, very much! Some with her art, but even more with her love! Mr. Ford, and her, took me in, after my Dad died! Her favorite say’n was Ticked Pink! I love you, Rosie! For anybody who has not heard about the Flower Power Project, yet! We are going to set a World Record, before we are done building the largest calloge of images of flowers! The screensaver is for promotion purposes only, and the images are being used to gain support as I show people what we are doing! I highly encourage you to get involved, and add your own contributions, and be a part of history! We plan on adding all the images that are contributed, until we have covered the globe, and have made a statement for the artists community! / If you copy theses tags, flower power project screensaver , and paste into the RB search feild, then click search! This should bring up about 300 images that have been contributed already, by amazing talent here on RB! It is growing everyday, and the support is helping promote the Project! Our first venue is set for Frisco, Texas on March 15, 2008 at Frisco Square! It will include artists of RedBubble, as well as local artist, and the students from Frisco ISD, to start with! As we go, we will add more images to the calloge, from any artist who wishs to contribute! You will help with making a statement, and be a part of making history! / If you like what you see, feel free to add the same tags to your images, if you would like to add to the project! This image was made especially for my friend, Diana Moya! If not for her support, and her passion for Art, my expressions might of just set on a shelf! I still have a long ways to go, and much to learn, but I will continue plugging away! Her passion for Art, is truely an inspiration, for all of those she comes into contact with! There are many people here in Frisco, Texas, that she has helped somehow to promote their own expressions, and has made a difference in our community! She will be turning over the position of President of the VAGF, soon! She will be returning to follow her own creative passions, and expressing herself through her own amazing artistic talents! We where very lucky to have her, and beleive most would agree! I hope to get more of them involved with this project! There are all the kids in the school! And all the artists that have joined the VAGF, and many others in the community as well!

I was messing around with this ideal, and thought it was an self portrait! I was wanting something for showing my own support, and this is how it turned out! I would like to think what I do is Art, but it seems as fun, and far to much enjoyment for that! I enjoy my creations, and thats great in itself! I am blessed to have the freedoms that I do, and hope what I do is considered as creative, and inspiring! In Tribute to our troops and to all of those who were effected by Sept 11th. / This is my tribut to them! / God be with you. I was amazed when I saw this article from the AP: WASHINGTON—The Pentagon’s personnel chief said Tuesday the military has completed its best recruiting year since 1973, meeting all its goals and bringing in a better educated group of young people. The Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps met goals for active duty and reserve recruiting during the budget year ended Sept. 30—the first time that has happened since the all-volunteer force was established, said Defense Department head of personnel Bill Carr.
