Clone Troopers are clones, they aren’t human, so they don’t know whether they are doing good or bad. / They just take orders, so if a Jedi commands they will do good, if a bad guy does they will do bad. Storm Troopers however, ARE human and they know that they are doing evil, and are guilty for doing bad.
