Every tree tells a different story.
More from the Lightscapes Set Poem: The Secret Place From: The Ice Cream Store. Toronto: Harper Collins Publishers, 1991. There’s a place I go, inside myself, / Where nobody else can be, / And none of my friends can tell it’s there— / Nobody knows but me. It’s hard to explain the way it feels, / Or even where I go. / It isn’t a place in time or space, / But once I’m there, I know. It’s tiny, it’s shiny, it can’t be seen, / But it’s big as the sky at night . . . / I try to explain and it hurts my brain, / But once I’m there, it’s right. There’s a place I know inside myself, / And it’s neither big nor small, / And whenever I go, it feels as though / I never left at all.

This is the same shot as Birch Allee Vista Reverse with the effect I used on / The Color Is Spreading / / For some reason with this shot if you stare in the center of it / It kind of looks like the color is spreading like a virus. / Figured I would share. I spent Xmas and new year in Germany in the forest , this is what it looked like . This picture was taken in the “Taunus” mountain range, about 70km North West of Frankfurt. The next bigger towns are called “Weilburg” and “Braunfels” / —-—-—-—-—— / Sally Omar / got inspired by This work and wrote this Romantic Poem to go with this Image , Thank you my friend. FROZEN Two young friends walking through the woods / It was cold and the ground was FROZEN..the trees were iced / And they giggled and laughed as they usually would / They had been friends since they were children..always nice / But this one day would change their lives like no other / The Creator looked down with the warmth of his smile / And these two young friends turned out to be lovers / The Creator saw the love they shared within / The purity of the FROZEN earth and how they were glorified / In the beauty of this place and how they were without sin / His eyes sparkled as he looked at these young friends, he sighed / Such purity and love of the FROZEN land / They are so innocent and so in love with life / And they appreciate so the work of My Hand / He warmed their hearts as though they were on fire / Their first kiss was under a tree iced by the Creator’s bliss / And they looked at each other with such burning desire / They stood under the tree and could not again help but kiss / Then gazed at each other with complete surprise / Looked around at the FROZEN earth and it all came into view / They realized the iced beauty of this place opened their eyes / And looked at each other and said I love you / The story goes on to say they lived in love for all of their days / When they left this world to go on to the better Place / They were allowed to go to the Forest where they first fell in love / Where it was magnificently FROZEN and the trees iced and brisk / The Creator smiled again and watched from above / As they shared a beautiful wonderful last FROZEN kiss.

In terms of breathtaking, there’s Canada – and there’s Winter in Canada. / No words can adequately describe the exhilaration of being in this winter wonderland when Canada’s famously cold winter climate transforms and embraces mother nature. If you’re longing for the ultimate winter, don your mittens and scarves, go outside and marvel at the magical beauty of Canada’s magnificent scenery. / Winter Canadian-style is Winter At Its Best! This shot was taken on my visit to London in March 2009. It was a overcast day which made for better photos. i waited for the cars to spin round far enough for me to take this shot and to get a symmetrical composition. i have great feedback from this photo and i hope you all will enjoy it as much as i enjoyed taking it. Thanks for looking, / Chris
pencil on paper (taken from a pad of “drawing” paper from the early 80’s) drawing Another oldie! / Ah, those big eyes I was obsessed with BACK THEN. / Well, friends tease me and say it will be considered one of my “periods”. What you can’t see is that there is a whole top layer of trees that were drawn on the black background and when you look at this from other angles, they are visible – just quietly – like a subtle varnish. This is all about different phases of life borrowing the term of growing to fullness, or “waxing” of the moon. / My name actually means: Of the moon – or lunatic – you pick which fits. hahha! Taken in the North Yorkshire Dales, heading out of the village of Grinton and heading towards Redmire Moor. you climb up a nice gentle slope and then a few bends with wide open roads and hit an area that looks like it has been blasted by nature and man a few times and you came across some open views and then vistas like this one. This piece of art is a piece of my soul. I had an awsome feeling by the treatment… I was completely excited as it was ready … and quarrelled with me whether it really ready something is to be changed…, however, with every attempt something suggested itself upon me that it was better before… I hope you like it like me… “
