  • I’ve gotta be the most corny title-creator-person-dude. My alarm went off at 6.45am and temperature outside was around 4C. You had no idea how warm my bed felt at the time, but something inside told me to wake up and enjoy the early giving’s nature has to offer. Plus, breathing fresh air for every 5 minutes would’ve added 5 more years to my life. =) - – - / Shot settings: / Body: Canon EOS 350D / Lens: Sigma 10-20mm EX HSM DC / Shutter Speed: 1/40 sec / F-stop: F/8 / Focal Length: 10mm / Flash: Did not fire / ISO: 100 MORE WORKS FROM MY PORTFOLIO /

  • This is the beach at a squatters town, Broke Inlet, at the end of a 4-wheel drive track, on the south coast of Western Australia, near Walpole. It is a fabulous place to explore, especially as – if they pull down the shacks – there may only be this view and a few pieces of driftwood left. Taken with Leica MP, 24mm lens, Velvia 100 film. Cropped in photoshop and levels tweaked. 38 favs at 19 nov 09 FEATURED IN / A PHOTOGRAPHER’S CRAFT TREES / THE ASHES – AUSTRALIA VS ENGLAND /

  • I was lucky to take my camera this morning when we went walking our dog. I normally don’t bother as I am usually rushing quick to get ready and out for work. However today being Sunday we could take our time and my wife suggested that I brought it as she saw the first glimpes of pink in the morning sky. We reached the road down by the lake (Joondalup Lake) and the dawn sky was alive and vibrant… an amazing sunrise….
