  • This old track leeds you to the the now derilict Nant Prysor Viaduct. Its a great walk along the trail, not sure if it is an official route though, but if you want to try it out for yourself, you might want to consider wearing your wellies. Some very deep puddles, as I found out further down the track. / To find this place you need to be coming from either Bala or Trawsfynydd on the A4212. / I haven’t yet done the whole length, but will come back later around Autumn.

  • “Water Rock Knob” is an observation point at the top of a mountain near the reservation at Cherokee, NC. / Indians used to call peaks, “knobs”, and this location has a natural source of water. / Located in the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, it is also on the Blue Ridge Parkway and is a popular venue for watching the sun set in the mountains. / This is part of the trail that leads to the top.

  • This is one of the pools along the Old Robe Trail located just outside of Granite Falls. Went straight for the reflection here.This trail is the route for the old railroad that went up to Monte Cristo. It has since began to deteriorate sadly. Was able to get to 2 of the railroad tunnels out of 6 this day. Enjoy! Edith This was taken with my Nikon D80.

  • A small brook along the Pine Knob Loop in Cornwall Connecticut, 2008. Near the Appalachian Trail.

  • You know one of those bubbles going up in a large upright glass tube? I came across one at MODS Museum while exploring, and I snapped few shots of it. This is what came out.

  • This was taken at Ocean Park Hong Kong. I took a photo of the jelly fish while it was moving at a slightly slower shutter speed (I can’t remember what speed) and it created this slight light trail. I should have taken it at a much slower shutter speed!

  • This combination of cliffs, beach and eroded rock formations is on the west coast of Cape Breton Island,Nova Scotia, along the world-famous Cabot Trail. Named after John Cabot, the Bristol-based explorer who landed on Cape Breton (or Newfoundland, nobody is really sure) in 1497. The waters here are of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. / This image was taken in September 2006 with a Sony DSCF828 camera.
