  • Another tractor is living out its retirement years in my FIL’s car-paddock. / The engine bay is clean of dirt and grime, but is collecting rust.   • I found this old tractor abandoned in a field.

  • A series of the International Harvester tractor – inspired by Craig Morgan’s “International Harvester”... good song, too! ;) “If you don’t like the way I’m a drivin’ / Get back on the interstate / Otherwise sit tight and be nice / And quit yer honkin’ at me that way..”

  • I took this in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan. I was on a snowboarding vacation, and the humour of the snow town architecture really got me. :)

  • Another photo taken in Cootamundra, Easter Sunday April 2004 with my little 3mp Kodak … over 1850 tractors took part in this event which regained the world record at the time for the most tractors ploughing in a paddock at the one time.

  • Another wonderful treasure i spotted on my wonter walk with Simon in january. / Spotted the tyre of the tractor poking out from beneath its cover. but on closer inspection lots of brambles round it to. Slight changes of contrast in photoshop and poster edges technique applied and slight crop on the right hand side.   • Blossom’s_Photo_Gallery Fordson Tractors 1917 to 1950 Apart from a fairly unsuccessful attempt at tractor design in 1907, it was to be in 1915 that Henry Ford would again turn his attention to tractor production. Using the Ford Mass-Production principles, a team were given the task of creating a tractor which would dominate the tractor market.   • This old tractors sticker says “Agri-KING”, a bit of a play on the Lion King with the GOD-RAYS beeming down. 3 seperate exposures then tone mapped in photomatix3.

  • Number 3 in the Rugged Rig Series. This classic Peterbilt is painted yellow on white. The skull and bones license plate was a real nice touch on this rig.

  • One of only three ever built this 100 ton+ ballast tractor of 1942 was the mainstay of Wynn’s heavy haulage fleet during the War years until superseded from top spot by Diamond T and Pacific tractor units. Seen here with a 90 ton excavator on the level crossing at Clay Cross on the old A38 just North of Chesterfield complete with motorcycle police escort. the old Foden is nearing the end of its life but still doing its job in a plodding, reliable way.   • This was taken on 10/12/09 at a local pumpkin patch in Menomonie, Wisconsin….I hope it melts!
