The flower is ‘Love in the Mist’ the little orange bug is ... a little orange bug! (don’t know my bugs sadly). Best viewed larger. Thank you for looking.
How rude lol!! I had to laugh at this goats antics, I’m sure it was because I was taking lots of pictures of Mini Moo, he lives in the same paddock! Rural NSW Thank you for looking.
Here is King Arthur, one of my flock who for those that don’t know is a King Parrot. I have finally received my new lens & thought I’d christen it on him! King parrots (Alisterus scapularis) are usually seen in pairs or small parties feeding among the outermost branches of forest trees, especially eucalypts and acacias. They eat seeds, berries, other fruits, nuts, nectar, blossoms and leaf buds, which they find mainly in trees, but they also come to the ground to pick up fallen seeds. / / The male is suited in crimson and green with blue striping on the wing coverts. In flight you can also see the blue under the wings. The female does not have the scarlet head and chest of the male but displays the same scarlet belly and lower breast as the male. Thank you for looking. This is Arthur as a baby :D
Here is the last capture of the Tawny, this is what I saw when I first looked out the window .. check out those eyes ô¿ô
When sheep or cattle are being moved on the roadside to another part of the property it’s know as ‘the long paddock’. This was taken on the road to Cookamidgera, rural NSW. The curiosity of the lambs ensured a quick capture! Thank you for looking.
Taken at the Pink Lakes National Park, South Australia – 2nd one of two I managed, he was moving so fast!
Walking to Polperro along the coastline, thought this so pretty knowing when I passed through it I would be nearly there and see the sea!. Though I live in Australia now a big part of me remains in Cornwall where I dream of returning one day. Polperro is a small fishing vilage in Cornwall, well, well worth a visit and the surrounding countryside & coastline. / Sit me up upon the gate and wait with me a while / I know the chores beckon you and the village is still more than a mile / But may I lay my hands upon your broad shoulders and gaze into your eyes / Tell me all the things that you think and there’ll be none of your lies / Let our hearts slow to one and the world fade away then the future will blend into ours / Then lift me down to stand in your arms and kiss me til there are no hours / And when your breath ceases and you dare to desire I shall escape away to my home / Knowing that all your love is mine true and never your eye will roam Written by a dear fellow redbubbler adgray, please check out her awesome work & portfolio here: adgray Thank you ad ! xx
I lived 45 kilometres from the nearest town when I took this, I saw the unexpected mob approaching from my kitchen window. Thank you for looking. /
Thank you for looking. Sincere thanks to my dear fellow bubbler Sally Omar. Sally has been inspired and of which I am so grateful by this image ….. He came with a purpose / His Love Divine / Saved souls / Yours and mine / His love like a sweet fragrance / That flows in the day / Of roses and lilacs / Coming our way / His strength was like an Oak / A huge standing tree / His love so powerful / For you and me / He grew into a man / Reminding us all / That the Father was watching / He had to answer His call / Punished and beaten / At only thirty-three / Hung on a Cross / How can that be? / A thorn of crowns / Put on his head / Blood running down his face / And he still said / He forgave all the evil / That brought him to that place / The pain showed / In Sweet Jesus’ face / When I think of this / My heart skips a beat / Thinking of the nails / In His hands and His feet / Suffering and dying / For our sins / I still don’t fully understand / How this could have been / Didn’t his captors / See the grace in His eyes / Sweet Jesus sacrified all / For our sins and our lies / When I think of this picture / I really wish / That I was there / To have given Sweet Jesus a Kiss / LOVE DIVINE You have a big heart Sally & it’s made of pure gold! As are your words which give such life to the image. Thank you. Love, hugs & blessings to you and yours xx♥xx
Little beach is one of my favourite places, just around the corner from Nambucca Heads, NSW. Thank you for looking.
This was once a school. ‘Waugan School’ My dear friend and neighbour Arthur used to attend there as a boy. It closed in 1943 & held 10 pupils maximum. On closer inspection it is occupied today. You can see the dweller on the chimney, a ‘Willy Wagtail’ who wasn’t at all keen on me being at his home! Lachlan Valley, rural NSW Thank you for looking.
Taken off Tweed Heads, NSW
Tallow Beach, Byron Bay. From Cape Byron lighthouse. More here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byron_Bay Thank you for looking.
Happiest by the ocean. Trees do move in wind and over great periods of time grow, if you watch very closely …. I prefer the rolling visual living movement & sound of the ocean. You know you are alive, ebbing & flowing. NSW coastline, Mullaway.
Thank you for looking.
Taken on a back dirt road from Narrabri, rural NSW. Thank you for looking.
Taken just along the coast from Busselton WA, such a glorious spot to do a little fishing clear, clear unspoilt waters! Thank you for looking.

This tree oozes life and happiness to me! Coffs Harbour coastline, NSW Australia. I hope you like it too, thank you for looking.
Margaret River, Western Australia.
Last glimpse of the setting sun. Coolangatta, Queensland. Dedictated with love to my sister Sharon Finlay who we lost at only age 42 to breast cancer 2 weeks before this capture. To be sent an image so beautiful at such a time of despair was and is inspiring for those of us who are left to carry on. Of all my images offered to RB bubbler friends this is the one I hold most dear x Thank you for looking.
Despite the weather this was a beautiful outing, the bird (not close enough to know the type) flew off some driftwood on the cay. It is a ‘must visit’ place if your in or coming to Australia. More info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cay Thank you for looking. I would so like to thank Linda Ridpath for her beautiful painting, her interpretation of Barrier Reef Cay is awesome! I am thrilled and honoured that Linda was inspired to do this. Many thanks Linda x
