This shot was taken in Copacabana in 2006, a little town in the north of Bolivia, situated on the bank of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world at 3800 mts. / There was a big celebration in town that day and so much to see and discover. But I was so tired that I decided to sit down and rest for a while when those two men sat just in front of me. I took so many pictures of them but this one is my favorite.
Cityscape was shot from the top of the “Arc de Triomphe” in Paris (France). Far away you can see “La Defense” district. When the shot was taken the avenue was strangely empty, all the cars seemed to be escaping the city. I think this photograph will be great on Laminated print, Mounted print or Canvas print.

Bodie Ghost Town in the Seirra Nevada Mountains in Eastern California. This 1800’s Gold town once had a thriving population of 10,000 people. It was a true wild western town with gun fights, saloons and a huge redlight district.

This was the view that greeted me from my deckin Okotoks, Alberta in the early morning of Jan 9/09. I had to enhance it slightly in PS to bring the Rocky Mountains out of the haze, but it is pretty much the way I saw it. Hope you like it.
This fractal artwork reminds me of an Alien town. / I created this B&W fractal work with Incendia. I started to work with one of the parameters in the Incendia program, changed the composition and added another shape. Designer: Thea Walstra / CanDuCreations / /
Bad Nauheim is a town in the Wetteraukreis district of Hesse state of Germany. As of 2004, Bad Nauheim has a population of 30,365. The town is located approximately 35 kilometers (22 mi) north of Frankfurt am Main, on the east edge of the Taunus mountain range. It is a world-famous resort, noted for its salt springs, which are used to treat heart and nerve diseases. In the old town center of Bad Nauheim is the tithe barn at the gate to the castle: The barn was used by Elvis Presley as the motif of a record cover. Elvis Presley lived in Bad Nauheim during his time with the US Army in Friedberg. Other famous people whom have stayed in the town include Franklin Delano Roosevelt (As a boy, FDR had been taken for several extended visits to Bad Nauheim where his father underwent the water cure for his heart condition) and the Saudi Arabian football team during the 2006 FIFA World Cup. In addition, during World War II Hitler had a command complex in nearby Langenhain-Ziegenberg called Adlerhorst, “the Eagle’s Nest” (not to be confused with Kehlsteinhaus of Obersalzberg, which was never referred to as “the Eagle’s Nest” by the Nazis).

The mountain town of Buena Vista, Virginia, the viewer would be standing up street from its main cross streets, Magnolia Ave. and 21st Street. It’s a community of working class folks; friendly and unpretentious. Down the block is the railroad tracks and beyond that is the levee between town and the Maury River. Further on, the wooded rise is park land where deer browse year around; unconcerned about the town folk who return the favor. I live here and enjoy the pace. The first snow is usually a wet one that hangs in the trees and gets removed late. In the damp mid-morning air it creates its own fog and mood as street lights still burn,
Featured in “The Wild West Show” – June 2009. Rhyolite, Nevada is a ghost town just outside the boundary of Death Valley National Park. It was a town built on gold and the hopes and dreams that the precious metal inspires. Founded in 1904 and abandoned only 15 years later in 1919, it was a very short-lived community. These things were all the rage once to ego driven barony pimps. / But after the great Magician Strike of 709 these things slowly became naff and crumbly kind of like that punnet of strawberries you bought on special for a dollar…convinced that you would eat them later that day… but you forgot and put it off for a few days…adn then pulling them out from behind that Bok Choi you find them furry and straight up whiffy…err buy my shirt
