The word Tube has got a new meaning because of the video channel on the internet. Still artists depend much on the regular tubes… / This tube is a detail taken from one of my desktop paintings. I consider this tee as a perfect contribution to the masterpiece clothing group, its fusion related to making art/images/messages nowadays and during centuries. In my zazzle shop you can find the same design showed on different models, colours and the backside printed with logo and instruction. Plus they print larger and their quality of printing is very good! And some others…
ORIGINAL $300 plus postage and handling This mandala was created after a big breathwork meditation in which I felt the spirits of my grandmothers and greatgrandmothers all the way back to prehistory reach out to me. It was a time of crisis for me and to feel the essence of my maternal history with me, I was able to pass through and come out the other side relatively whole. The mandala symbolizes the presence of my foremothers all the way back to prehistory. The horses symbolize power and freedom. The all seeing eye is open to the wisdom of the past and the challenges and opportunities of the future. The colours are the colours of the earth, the sky, the wind and the rain. It is a powerful meditation tool linking my present with my past. Enjoy:) From the original acrylic on canvas, 20 inch x 20 inch All images are fully copyrighted, all rights reserved. As a once psychology major, I was intrigued by Freud’s theory on the id and ego of the human psyche. It has been many years since those classes so my words may be somewhat off. But this piece is a self representation (aren’t they all?) of myself and how the “id” and “ego” play in our life decisions. We all seek pleasure and that constant feeling of euphoria, and our “id”’s only goal is to achieve those feelings without worry or care about the consequences of such actions. It is our “ego” that keeps the “id” in line, allowing us to think before we act, and to be able to foresee what may come of this pleasure seeking. It is a constant battle that wages on beneath our skin and sometimes the “id” overcomes. Some choose to live only by the “id”s bidding and never realize the destruction they leave behind when seeking their pleasures. I have been through that lifestyle once, and as much as I enjoyed such pleasures in bountiful amounts….the aftershock of those actions can still be felt today.

“There are two ways of spreading the LIGHT… / to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.” Edith Wharton The above saying has been a ‘mantra’ of mine for quite some time, however today as I was playing with this heARTwork, a burst of energetic LIGHT sparked beneath my feet, lighting me like a Christmas tree, up the chakra channels until I could no longer sit still. Stepping outside, with camera in tow, the most ethereal skyline I have ever seen… If we are to transform the world, we must first transform ourselves… With this insight, my intentions are to provide a melody of opportunities, tools and experiences to assist those seeking the ‘CHANGE’... Change the World

I live in Lancashire. My town was built in the mid 19th century for the workers of a cotton mill – some of the machinery being steam powered. The Victorian era and Industry are engrained in my heart and in my personality and Steampunk is just a wonderful embodiment of my heritage Texture credits: / http://erosunknown-stock.deviantart.com/art/Black-and-Cream-Paisley-75595472 / http://kseniasara.deviantart.com/art/Sections-Stock-8-80864223 / http://abigelstock.deviantart.com/art/Paper012-80820024 / http://bean-stock.deviantart.com/art/Grainy-1-74550081 / http://dazzle-textures.deviantart.com/art/Destructive-News-67941303 / http://stockgrapher.deviantart.com/art/012-68424243
I measure every Grief I meet / With narrow, probing, Eyes.. / I wonder if it weighs like Mine / Or has an Easier size. I wonder if They bore it long / Or did it just begin / I could not tell the Date of Mine / It feels so old a pain I wonder if it hurts to live / And if They have to try / And whether..could They choose between / It would not be..to die I note that Some, gone patient long, / At length, renew their smile.. / An imitation of a Light / That has so little Oil I wonder if when Years have piled / Some Thousands on the Harm / That hurt them early..such a lapse / Could give them any Balm Or would they go on aching still / Through Centuries of Nerve / Enlightened to a larger Pain / In Contrast with the Love The Grieved are many…I am told. / There is the various Cause.. / Death is but one..and comes but once / And only nails the eyes There’s Grief of Want..and grief of Cold.. / A sort they call “Despair” / There’s Banishment from native Eyes / In Sight of Native Air And though I may not guess the kind. / Correctly..yet to me / A piercing Comfort it affords / In passing Calvary. To note the fashions…of the Cross, / And how they’re mostly worn… / Still fascinated to presume / That Some, are like My Own.Emily Dickinson / / 12×14 is a bit of an anomaly for me, and is the beginning of a new journey….painted in watercolour on Arches Rough Paper it is also part of the Abstract Collection and the Tools Series…...the title refers to numbers and shapes and lengths, a carpenter, tools, math, metaphor, humanity, stories….. / There are so many layers to the painting…as part of the tool series, it is a picture of nails, but once you get past that, it turns into something else…the pain of piercing grief, the ties to Christianity, death and eyes nailed shut, the number of triangles which seem to go on to infinity, three points, the measurement of time, the measurement of the nails themselves…the structure that they make which is somewhat like a house…the sharp points etc..etc..and the background which though it seems like a landscape, is also reminiscent of the nails… the poem says so much too…. I hope it helps to get a deeper understanding of the painting /
Medium: Acrylic Paint on Acrylic Paper / Size: 12” x 16” / Description: Based on the fifth song from the Tool album 10,000 Days, The Pot was completed in 2009 and was an attempt at a more surrealistic style. In this painting, I wanted to infuse a sense of wonder and mystery to a surrealistic style. I also wanted to capture that magical element that is so apparent in Tool’s music. I didn’t base my painting on the band’s meaning of the song as I had portrayed it (inadvertently) in another piece. Set in a desert, a man encounters a giant pot that has no explanation as to why it is there. Suddenly, a fleshy eye opens and stares intently at the man. The man stares back. The Pot doesn’t blink. The man forgets to drink water. The Pot is indefatigable. The man soon dies. The Pot closes it’s large eye and continues to hide it’s mysteries. Vector art is created using graphics software programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Inkscape. The pen tool is used to create points, lines and curves which make up the final image. Vector graphics files store the lines, shapes and colours that make up an image as mathematical formulae so that images can be increased in size without becoming pixelated. It takes some practice to master the art of using the pen tool but a little patience and persistence can result in some wonderful illustrations: As these examples demonstrate, vector graphics can be used to create all types of art, from basic logo designs to intricately illustrated scenes.
