This painting is from photos that I took during our holiday at Rainbow Beach last September. I love watching kids play on the beach and it’s a scene that always makes me smile. I’m delighted with how this turned out and I can feel more of this style coming on. The original of this piece will be auctioned at the upcoming CareFlight fundraising dinner here in Toowoomba.

Two members of the Press attending the Queen’s visit to Gloucester in October 2009. The world’s media seemed to be there at the normally quiet Gloucester Docks. Everywhere the Queen goes, lenses go too. How I envy these particular lenses!
