The goat track is a metaphor for the spiritual journey. In the repetition of the spiritual path, endless monotony and infinite depth and variation compete for the mind’s attention, until both are seen as illusion. These images from a bush path can be envisaged as stages in the spiritual quest, sometimes repetitious, sometimes rich and varied but never less than essential. They can also be enjoyed simply as leaves, rocks, trees and the detritus that surrounds them and our feet, as we walk through the bush.

This beautiful pure breed ” Andalusian” horse was so rare It was the first time I’d ever seen blue eyes almost white on a horse and he had pale golden shine to his Ivory (cremello) robe , he was a beautiful Spaniard show horse, of at least 15 hh, (hight) I just could not take my eyes off of him..the woman and baby beside where fascinated to…This horse was on a road show and was invited to the Manatee Theme Park 45 minutes out of Punta Cana Dominican Republic.

Sylvie is almost always up for a run, regardless of clouds or sun! / If it snows, so it goes, she will do her duty under a pine tree. / No flies on she, you see, she knows where to go pee. / Come I say, “stay”, and sit sits to pose away. / But not for long please. / There is so much sniffing to do. / Running, stopping, sniffing, sometimes a leg lift. / She turns to see if I am keeping up. / Assured we face into the February wind. / Returning quickly to the warmth of the car and then home.
