I’ve seen love at its peak and felt love when it was crashing down around me. I’ve laughed in love’s face and cried when love spat me out into pieces that I thought would never be whole again. I felt like heartbreak should have killed me. But it didn’t. I survived. Although my heart’s a little dented, I lived to tell the tale of heartbreak. Heartbreak became my haven. Heartbreak is my muse.
