This was a serious shoot…..in a cemetary….trying to be scary…. / When I asked TotS if I looked scary enough…..this was her reaction…...she couldn’t stop laughing at me! (I felt secretly relieved lol!) I just wanted to show the lighter side of Modelling/Acting/Photography for a change…. / The 3 of us had a fantastic time doing this shoot and all the others over the past week or so….. So to Barssel and TotS I would like to say a big ‘Thank You’ from the bottom of my heart to you both….for so much fun, all the laughs, ideas and creativity, advice, mock lectures and most of all the friendship we share….you are both total inspirations…... / There’s a lot to be said for Collaborations….. :) /

My work has been accepted for the 2009 Silvershotz folio!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much for your support everyone! I’m just totally gobsmacked….now I have to prepare the images, AND organise an artists statement….(that’s the hardest part). The images I submitted were mostly from the Study of scars and aging skin that you’ll find on my halftone arty farty portfolio, although the one that will probably get pride of place in the publication is Lean on me, an image of TextureoftheSin and ~Ademac. Thanks so much you two!!!! The magazine will be sent to 1200 galleries and museums around the world! How exciting!!!! I’d just like to extend personal thanks to Kristi for telling me about Silvershotz a couple of years ago, Pilgrim for loving my halftone work, to Paul for his constant support and encouragement (and modelling!), and finally a huge thanks to John Lomas for the final nudge to complete my submission. I’d almost let it lapse…..so thanks so much guys!!! phew, feels like an emmy speech….soz!
