Okay, so I was just over at the Promote Each Other Group and writing a forum posting, when I coined an ultra cool new term: / REDBUBBLIAN I just thought that you should all know that, hence forth, you shall be knows as my fellow RedBubblians! And, so per usual I had to make a few shirts: Cheers my fellow RedBubblians!!!! ~ Brian :o)

fragility

I wrote this to accompany the macro shot below, which carries the same title. As I wrote the thoughts flowed and words rapidly followed, or maybe even preceded. I began with observing the fragile appearance of this new grevillea flower but also reflected upon the deception it was displaying, the irony of this term for a bush so sharp and prickly, bristling as it is with natural self defence. The philosophy followed. And so the analogy had its beginnings, just as this flower had its own.
