I’ve had Kraken on the mind a little bit lately, so have ended up with this image and my Kraken story. This image isn’t painting a scene from the story, as I didn’t have a commercial fishing ship image to play with (that’s okay, I’m not looking for one…!)

A piece to fulfill my curiosity with octopuses and old looking diving helmets. The character’s odd infatuation with the human race mirrors my own with his species. Completed in 2008.
