When you are tempted to go out by the morning-sun, can there be a greater reward than a lovely sunbeam shot? Well, on this morning in December 2007 I delighted about the reward the morning-sun gave me for getting out early for a bike trip in the forests near Hilversum again. I suppose you will agree. Apple Crisp 3 cups peeled, sliced apples (approximately) / 1/2 cup white sugar / 1/2 cup water / 1 cup flour / 1 cup oats / 1 cup brown sugar / 1/2 tsp cinnamon / 1/2 margarine Mix water and white sugar in bottom of glass pan. add the apple slices. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spread topping over the apples in pan. bake at 400F for 1/2 hour. Photo taken with a Canon Rebel XT MY BUBBLESITE

Didn’t plan to upload this but Perrin (13) whose eye it is, wouldn’t leave me alone until I did. It’s a later version of Apple of Her Eye in which I have enlarged the apple and added some colour using photo filters and a colour-burn brush in photoshop.
