This is actually the oldest piece I’ve posted in here. I did this back when I was a freshmen in college nearly ten years ago. Wow, was it really that long ago? Seriously? Holy crap, I’m getting old. Anyway, this thing was absolutely huge and I went though a a WHOLE LOTTA’ pencils while drawing it.

untitled seems to be a popular title around these parts so I thought I give it a go on a little untitled series of work. There are three photo’s starting with this one taken very late one night from the telly. A close up of some little flowers fills the screen in the darkened room suggesting all sorts of things….... ! / / /

My Favorite Martian, starring Ray Walston as Uncle Martin (the Martian) and Bill Bixby as Tim O’Hara. It aired from 1963 to 1966. I can remember seeing re-runs of this american sitcom when I was a kid and loved it!

It’s even easier to hate your TV when you know it hates you. How does it hate you? / It gives you false choices – change the channel and you get the same shite – different station. It makes you feel inferior because you don’t have what the cool people have, or you don’t look like the cool people do. You’re made to feel like you should buy stuff to be an upstanding citizen, to fit in, to keep up with wherever the hell society is going. TV loves to dumb it down. YOU are the lowest common denominator. How to stop it? / Luckily televisions aren’t that smart and they all come with an OFF switch. Use it. Save your brain. Save your family. Save humanity.

Are multiple overlapping CCTV Cameras getting you down? Does the thought of not just stereo 3-D capture of you walking down a perfectly normal street in daylight, but three if not more multiple freaking angles increasingly annoy you? Are you willing to let even more civil liberties slide by? Damnit, just swallow this capsule and let yourself be microchipped already. It’ll solve a lot of problems, and if nothing else a lot of people who are paid to monitor the things will be able to get some sunlight again. Remember : if you have nothing to hide, what are you afraid of?

I try to watch tv, but all these reality shows and garbage. I will turn to PBS and enjoy…. the history channel…etc..but there is alot of crap on the tube so I made a charade with tv’s. Thanx for taking a peeeeek :) Chris
