  • This is to show the happy side of the poor bear a couple of images ago. CathieT had asked about it, so I thought I’d put one up. / It wasn’t quite the style I was aiming for, but at least you can see him smiling :)

  • Me, my wig and my chair and too many restless thoughts

  • Continuing along the same theme as “Out To Dry”, this poor teddy belongs to our Labrador, Henry. He greets us with this smelly thing in his mouse whenever we come home, often giving a muffled bark at people passing by in the street like a really fierce guard dog (not!). Today my wife decided it had got smelly enough and in the washing machine it went! I captured it’s pleading look of “Save me!” before she mercilessly pressed the Start button!

  • DEDTEDHED Little green hair / Has lost her bear / And doesn’t know where it has fled. Is she just dumb? / Or is her head numb? / Coz the ted it lays dead on her head. / / / / Also available in purple / More HED shirts- StereoHed / BlackHed /

  • Read all about this character and all the rest of the “Lighter Side of Dark’ gang in the new series by Paul Rees-Jones and Shannon Rene’ Justice! Available for purchase online!

  • He’s just a little fella… he didn’t know his limits… poor guy :(

  • ...prepare for a big surprise… even big girls love bears!

  • My Teddy Bear by Jacob Wallace (my oldest son :0) My Teddy is my best friend / he goes with me everywhere, / He’s torn and dirty and missing an eye, / but I don’t really care / He’s there for me when I’m happy / and even when I’m sad, / I know he will always love me, / even when I’m bad / We’re friends till the end / I will never let him go, / Even when I’m old and gray, / I’ll have my bear to show. Nikon D80, 55-200mm lens, auto focus August 2008.. Featured in Candid Photographs of Friends & Family group. / September 2008… Featured in Live, Love, Dream group. / September 2008.. Featured in African-American Experience group.

  • This was done as a small “in between” thing while taking breaks from revision. My friend Coolness Bears (who has an account here but doesn’t actually make any art =P ) suggested I draw a teddybear on a balloon. So here it is! / As always, if any tweaks are needed, let me know! Kind of reminds me of my Freedom drawing (girl on a balloon), which I hadn’t thought about at first. Done from scratch in Illustrator. Small design available here. /

  • We’re expecting our first bub. I had an idea to use toys we’ve bought for him in landscapes and hang them in his nursery. / This is my first one, and I want to do a couple more. / I just kinda liked the idea of him playing with the actual toys that are in the pics hanging on his walls. / Got some odd looks from dawn joggers though. / Taken in Sandgate, Brisbane Qld. Australia.

  • Acrylic On Canvas (Original sold) Concept: Ophelia,Phoebe and Mel chilling out at sea….on their arawana fishng boat…underneath the star-studded sky….this trio really know how to enjoy life to the max! :D / / You can view and buy my other “Chill Out” creations at my Zazzle Gallery:

  • I bought him a new bear, specially for the photo :) / It was the most expensive bear I ever bought and its only about 2 and a half inch. / Its a collectors item from “Hermann”,if anybody wants to know.

  • Yasemin and I have been plotting working on a bit of a collaboration together. This is a little Monday morning surprise for her to go with one of her stories… Adrian endured the heat and hundreds of kids running up to hug him like a brave ol’ bear and Seana was a delight in red entire series

  • Hehe, I was quite bored today, so I decided to take some photos of the cats doing silly things… ; )
