A Teardrop in Time I dedicate this to all Native Americans. / This image is so much more than a photograph of a beautiful sunrise…...to me it symbolizes power and strength, and overwhelming evidence of a power so much greater than we could ever imagine…...the teardrop is in memory of all the vast numbers of Native Americans whom were abused and destroyed by others’ ignorance….... A miniature rose that was “crying” in the rain. Thanks for looking.

This rose I dedicate to a very dear friend that passed away last February. She struggle with cancer for a year before passing away. She a brain tumor and had cancer in the lining of her heart, god love her. She left behind many friends and a great family. I miss her dearly. / I was sitting in my computer room one day and it started raining while I was sitting there thinking about her and the struggle she had to face everyday. When the rain stopped, I got up and looked out the window and saw this beautiful rose full of life and I thought of her. I took this picture and I passed this rose on to anyone that donated money to her family for their struggles to make ends meet. Her name was Roxy. The drops of rain on the rose are teardrops from all that loved her. She will live on in our hearts forever. / This picture was taken in my garden in Port Hardy , BC. She also was orginally from Newfounland, I knew her since I was 13 years old.

i never really count the number of hours spent on one piece and i know i should at an estimate this probably took ooh i really dont know i work in stages leave it come back do a bit more mebbe 20 mebbe 25 hrs its really hard to say and quite scary too no wonder my poor family are attempting continually to drag me off the computer
