  • Blue-winged teal. Eagle Bluffs CA, Missouri.

  • Another picture from my peacock feather series. I really enjoy the play of darks and highlights in this water droplet… it seems like a little war is being waged inside the drop… the forces of good and evil… the forces of light and dark… (I have an imaginative mind, don’t I? lol) I hope you enjoy this piece! Random work: /

  • we’re not getting older

  • Taken at around 12 AM in my yard. / The grass was due covered and I used an external flash to light up the background.

  • Gather what you will from this.. but yes, I did intend for this to look like magical sperm. Haha, it just sort of happened when I was staring at a light bulb and noticed the little spring inside… so I knew I had to do something with that. :D

  • As this is a vector based creation the colours can be changed to anything you like – the possibilities are endless… / Basically it is made up of 4 colours (not including the t-shirt colour), in this instance / 1. Teal / 2. Chocolate Brown / 3. Mocha / 4. Vanilla If you are interested in seeing this design in alternate colours just bmail me and I can try it out for you ;o) An alternate view for you /

  • An experiment with water droplets, glitter, a CD, wrapping paper and light. I had some metallic paper reflecting in the CD and the flash from my camera made it very interesting with all the glitter. This is the kind of thing I do when it’s too cold to go outside…. haha. Enjoy!

  • There’s something very soothing and calming about these water drop/condensation shots for me. Maybe it’s the perfect symmetry of the drops or the way they look like falling rain that’s frozen in time… either way they just make my stressfulness melt away. Anyway, this is condensation on a water bottle… I shot this using my macro lens and extension tubes as well as my flash. I don’t think I had a background on this one.. just the white screen of my computer. Enjoy!

  • Another experiment with a spring and using a CD as a reflective background. More experimenting to come with these! :D Enjoy!
