This image was selected in July 2009 as a Featured Work in the group Abstract Macro Urban Art A Favorite selection of several Redbubble members! Abstract of some paint and tar between a pole and a wall. I rotated the shot 90 degrees clockwise. Once I did that, the dolphin playing along the shoreline came alive. Excellent color and shapes!” Quebec, Canada / “What you see in this image is so interesting.” USA Inspired by the recent wildfires in Southern California, in this image I see “fury” in two opponents. One being a massive wilderness fire raging with billows of smoke, ever menacing. The opponent being someone’s bravery making a stand with their own “fury” in an attempt to battle the blaze. In actuality, this abstract photograph is some rusted, aluminum siding splattered with tar that is being used as privacy fencing. Seen and captured in Tucson, Arizona’s Barrio Viejo district by JD Brummer.
