I’m not a surfer [pretended to be a surfie chick once – hated the sand & the sunburn lol] / But this shot Into the Light from the awesomly talented Ms Gabryshak had me remembering waking up in the dunes on cold mornings poking your head out of the tiny 2 man tents to see the guys in their wet suits eagerly, gleefully running for the breakers. / I often wondered if this was what Penguins thought of life and the world! / Enjoy! :O)

But Newcastle is my home town and the place where I surfed most of the time. There is a photo that accompanies this poem called Afternoon Surf Session / Comments are very welcome ! Feedback is a great teacher for all of us.
