I took this picture a couple of years ago at the beach of Marina di Grosseto, Tuscany, Italy. / This is a fine example I think of how a fisheye lens can completely change the feeling of an ordinary scene. The subject is simply some surf on the seashore, captured from a distance of not more than a foot. / The original picture is a Fuji Velvia 50 Iso medium format slide. This is what I love to do most evenings in summer,,, I just paddle out, float around and watch the sunset. I find sunsets very beautiful so I thought I would share my point of view! / Ohh, and yes,, I took the camera out on the board with me!
