While chapter two goes through various stages of hiatus, I will continue to go back and streamline chapter one, making it a bit more readable while still humorous and dramatic (hopefully). I will do the same for chapter two when three is underway, and so on. It’d be great to have an audience, providing feedback via bubblemail and comments. Nothing will hurt my feelings, I promise! I am testing the waters, aiming for something big. Huge. The next “big thing”. And for those of you who are curious, this is, in fact, a superhero story.

So i have been a little more diligent on my Greenstorm novel updates, but as a go back and reread i find parets that need serious alterations or sometimes to be removed completely! But a second opinion would always be greatly appreciated, and I would love to take a step back from my work and self-critisicm to let another reader give me some insight. Please and thank you!!! And tell all your friends!!!
I’m working on a preview for a comic book idea I’ve had running around my skull. / It’s a blend of the sci-fi and superhero genres set in the year 2071. / With a first name like Judas you can be sure that he’s a fairly conflicted anti-hero. This is the first of a seven page preview that I’m putting into an interface to include audio and interactivity. It’s an Interactive Comic Reader or ICR. / The reader can control the way they view the comic. Or if the readers are unfamiliar with the comic book medium (poor souls) then by pressing play the ICR moves through the panels for them. Tools used were: pencil, scanner, photoshop, comiclife and wacom tablet. You’ll find the preview here at: The Judas Khemical

I love John Romita Jrs drawing style! When I first ran across his version of The Amazing Spiderman (I’m really not a comic book geek if you can believe that) I was impressed with his take on the character. / He made him thinner and smaller than most comic versions I remember. To me, it was interesting to see that Marvel had this much confidence in him that he would be allowed to go off model. Then I realized that Marvel has been introducing many different versions/styles of their characters and I just ran into the one I liked best. / When I find an artist whose style I admire, a style which can enhance my artistic ability, I recreate it in the hopes that some techniques will stick and they usually do. / I did this sketch in my car while waiting for my son after school.
i picture i drew and brought to life of the thing from the fantastic four… enjoy

At the moment i am really bored at work, and thinking about my comic books i left at home. i decided to design my own versions of the superheros. / i am really not much of a marvel fan, i love DC more.
With no potatoes comes great responsibility.
I love collecting comic books, and my favorite is DC. If I love a cover of one of my comic, I frame it and hang it on the wall. This was my very frist Harley Quinn comic I got, now I have 4, but the other are in trades ( this means they are made in to hard or soft cover books). / She is hanging in my bedroom. I took her pic to show my sister, who also love Harley Quinn, with a few changes in photoshop ( becuase I was showing my students how to use it) I can up with this. I think it came out really good.
