Photograph “to see a video of Israel Kamakawiwo’Ole” CLICK This is a photograph I took of my youngest daughter. When my daughters were younger, we used to tell Faery stories at bed time and take turns adding to the story. The stories were very long and often times they would be very revealing, these were happy memories for us so…….. I wanted to capture what one of those characters might have looked like, she was a Tree Faery and her hair was a birds nest, egg included.
This image was taken @ Port Willunga at the remains of the old jetty. On a recent journey back to Port Willunga recently, I’d noticed that many of these posts had been burnt. A fun stunt at the time I suppose :( Best viewed on a black background. Images from Australia / Architecture / Images from Japan / Sunsets / Water Scenes

Autumnal colours deep in the woods are picked out by the late sunlight. I’m sure little eyes are watching as I take the shot. Harrow Weald Common, Middlesex.
The world is about to end because of global warming. Temperatures are soaring, ice is melting, glaciers are retreating, seas are rising, and we’re all going to fry. We’re all up to here with worry about it. The Royal Society says there’s no longer any room for scientific doubt about it. Britain’s Chief Scientist says it’s a bigger threat than global terrorism. / Every global warming sceptic is denounced as clinically insane. Every developed nation wags its finger at every other (well, ok then, at America) and tells it to Emit Less. Every politician and B-list celebrity now anxiously measures his or her carbon footprint. Every British schoolchild is now drilled to believe that man-made global warming is a Fact along with poverty and the existence of Belgium. It’s a wonder any of us has any incentive to get up in the morning. :) Online Galleries: / Surrealism art prints / 2d3d graphic design software / 3ds models max software

Another inspirational walk …... / After being on top of the world, I delved down into this conifer forest to walk on fallen pine needles, ‘twas like walking on a very soft and springy carpet …... any noise was absorbed by it, making it a silent and very peaceful place …....... :)) Copyright 2009 Richie Dean Machynlleth, Snowdonia National Park, Wales, UK Photoshop and PhotoArtMaster 3 images blended together using / Layer masks / Blending modes / Adjustment layers / Filters and tools This work has been featured in / Forests / Impressionist Art / Your Magic Place

This is one in a series of photos that I took of my youngest daughter Shae, my oldest daughter Kaila did her makeup. They both told me that they didn’t like this picture but she let me post it anyway…......I’m not sure why they don’t like it??? maybe you know????LOL …..give it to me straight ;) This was layered with another photo.
Morning Light World English Bible / Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. From the ‘Connection Series’, this is a pencil drawing, coloured with aquacolour crayons on paper… i have played around with this quite a bit in photoshop also, applying layers and more colour to enrich the overall look When i ponder this, it gives me a feeling of hope, like after the mourning, there is morning and the sun comes out again….. It’s all about our connection with nature and other lofty things :)
The sunlight through the petals and leaves looked lovely against the backdrop of the snow outside. Our short days make sunshine seem all the more precious, even indoors. Winner of Tulips in Vases challenge (I know – how many people have those photos or flowers hanging around, ready to pop into a challenge, eh?) Actually, I’m truly appreciative. And nice of someone to post it on the homepage, too. Pacific Northwest Art featured May 30, 2009 – Thank you! # Featured in Alaska ~ Beyond Your Dreams – Thank you! I took a bucketload of shots like this in the space of about 15 minutes on my way to work one winter morning. I’d never seen fog in 25 years of living in Japan and there was no way I could miss work that morning. Fortunately I had to pass through a park and just kept taking shots until I could delay no longer. I arrived at school with about a minute to spare! There will be more of these when I’ve sorted out which are best suited for this site.

Best Viewed Large This little guy … and all his brothers and sisters … love to come take a dip in my pool every night (I think it rains toads here) ... and every morning it is my great pleasure to scoop them out … one by one … and set them free. They’re about the size of a fingernail … a regular fingernail, you know, the kind that scrubs floors and does a bit of gardening (when not taking pictures, that is), not those long fancy manicured types. I decided the other day that it was time these guys paid for all my rescue efforts with a little modeling. Fear not … after 5 minutes or so he was sent on his merry way!!!
