Canon 350 D 17-40 mm lens. Winter landscape with sunset in fog.
Here is a photo I took this evening when I went to watch the sunset with hubby and the kids, it was such a beautiful sunset tonight so I though I would share, I have a few others but I might upload them in the next few days. Sold: Cards and medium mounted print of Last Light :o) Thank you !!!
This image was taken @ Port Willunga at the remains of the old jetty. On a recent journey back to Port Willunga recently, I’d noticed that many of these posts had been burnt. A fun stunt at the time I suppose :( Best viewed on a black background. Images from Australia / Architecture / Images from Japan / Sunsets / Water Scenes
This is a copy of a Mod that Rain did for me a long time ago. I can’t find the Original so I have tried my best to emulate what she did for me :) See HIS

More from the Lightscapes Set We were at a picnic when I needed the loo and being me I took my camera to just incase… and I’m glad I did as this was just around the corner!
Taken with a Nikon D50
Taken in a Winter’s storm, last light at Grange Jetty, South Australia. The wind was wild. I managed to steady the camera with a tripod behind one of the pylons and with the shutter speed slowed down, caught the magic of the waves moving in the foreground. The sun shining through the jetty as I pressed the shutter, gives this image a sureal feel. / /
I got up early on Friday morning during my recent trip to South Australia. I was staying in Goolwa, only a couple of minutes drive from Victor Harbour, so I headed down there for some dawn photography.. very pleased with the results. Canon EOS 30D / EF-S 10-22 / ND8Grad / ND400 16mm, 82 seconds @ f10, ISO100 No photoshop other than leveling the horizon. All colours are real and achieved by changing the white balance in the camera. All comments appreciated - paul

The dry and arid conditions of the Australian outback sees many of these dead testaments of the harsh conditions.

The North Sea at Whitby. The Herring boats at misty dawn, / To get the details of the boats correct, I’ve used a Victorian photo as the subject. I liked the very hard pen ink lines of the foreground, contrasting with the soft, misty, wet-in-wet background. 90 lb watercolour, medium rough paper. / 12”x8”
