As I walked down the steps of our vacation house at Edisto Beach, South Carolina, the afternoon sun was sending golden light onto the warm wood and I just had to grab my camera. Tatra Mountain range forms a natural border between Slovakia and Poland. They occupy huge area, of which 600 km² lies in Slovakia. The highest mountain is Gerlach at 2,655 m, located in Slovakia just north of Poprad, where our group were having hotel. The Tatras consist of three parts. We were in Eastern Tatras, which consist of High Tatras. The Tatra Mountains are the highest mountain range in the Carpathian Mountains. Although smaller than the Alps, they are having an alpine landscape. The High Tatras are known to have undergone four glaciations. The most extensive transformations were caused by a glacier 100–230 m thick; the most apparent features of this process are the numerous cirques and mountain lakes. So fresh air as in Tartas I have not breatched nowhere in the world.

It reminds me of summer time and I love the light and shadows.. again.. cosss… I… just love light and shadows in pictures… :) I remember when I was a little girl, I was so shy. I used to stand just inside the front screen door watching my big brother playing with our friends across the road (four boys… Five including my brother). All I wanted to do was go out there and join in.. Chasey, soccer, football, marks up, Red-rover, and our own made up games.. It was so, so much fun I loved it so much.. But a lot of the time my shyness held me back and I would just watch all the fun from inside our screen door.. I would only go over if my brother, mum or dad came with me. This picture reminds me of that time .. Awww now I want to be a kid again.. Actually I ALWAYS want to be a kid again, I really miss everything about it. :) Feel free to comment and criticize.. It all helps :) .. in fact please do comment / criticize, I love it :)))))
