  • I finally bought a simple macro lens for my new camera and this is my first official macro shot I’m adding. This is actually tiny (about 3-4cm or just over 1 inch) dried up piece of twisted grape vine I picked off the fence with a water drop which was reflected by the sun. It’s definitely different to my usual work but why not?! It reminds me of a lantern..

  • This dry leaf was on the camping table at the beach, all frozen. The sun was trying to dry it up again…..untouched.

  • The dry and arid conditions of the Australian outback sees many of these dead testaments of the harsh conditions.

  • A western sky from Plano, Texas Thank you all for the kind words. I dedicate this light to be and for Axel, I believe when a soul is taken from a child it is so pure that it becomes light in the sky for the angles to see by. And to his family, the spirit of Axel will forever live in your hearts and minds as light unto your souls.
