Forgotten Beach / (Robert James) from the aussie band Gangajang The sand was our bedroom in Byron Bay / And the water was a picture on the wall / There were swimmers and surfers and joyful play / Then just one moment there’s no-one there at all I will always remember that forgotten beach / Just one moment no memory, two strangers embrace / I will remember the forgotten beach Two strangers, no memory / But everything remains from that day / Under the lighthouse we were lost / On the beach in the sand at Byron Bay / I remember I will always remember the forgotten beach / Just one moment no memory, two strangers embrace / I will remember the forgotten beach Well the sand was our bedroom in Byron Bay / And the water was a picture on the wall / There were swimmers and surfers and joyful play / Just one moment there’s no-one there at all Under the lighthouse we were lost / On the beach in the sand at Byron Bay / Oh darling, I remember / I will always remember the forgotten… I will always remember the forgotten beach / Just one moment no memory, two strangers embrace / I will remember the forgotten… Two strangers, no memory / Oh darling, everything remains… / Oh darling… two people, two strangers / Back in time, oh darling / Remember the forgotten beach

After it rained one day, the sun started shining… and a cool breeze went through the pine trees in my backyard…
This photo is taken on the magnificent stone beaches of Jæren on the southwest coast of Norway. The coast here changes between rock and sand and just a few meters to the left of this location you will find the finest sand beach.
It is not how it looked in the viewfinder but it is how I wanted it to look in the end. The process of creating photographs is one with endless possibilities between the accurate recordings and significant transformations through camera settings and post processing steps. There is no "right" way to do all this and all options are available – at least for the open minded. So we choose the shutter speed, set the aperture, widen the angle or zoom in, highlight some elements, darken others, sharpen somethings, blur others, saturate and de-saturate, blend and hide,... all which change and transform the raw photo into something interesting for the eye – at times even visual art. Here I tried to create a piece of work that resembled the reality but also transcended into new visual dimensions which could not be seen by the human eye on location – merely in my mind. The long exposure and various post processing steps made this possible. The raw material was captured on Havskåren, a tiny island in the Oslofjord by the Nøtterøy archipelago. I posted this because I liked how the composition turned out. I also love the colors – muted yet warm and inviting. Earth colors. I hope you enjoy this work as much as I enjoyed creating it.
This photograph was taken using the TtV technique and is part of my TtV: Through the Viewfinder Series Photographed using a 50 year old vintage Argoflex Seventy-five and a Canon. Best viewed LARGE
You give me rainbow butterflies / Your hand touches mine and I feel / The wisdom of oak trees line up / And we walk that lane which shines / Both of our spirits on parade Your wings are vibrating those / Colors that catch the light / My eyes are green to emeralds delight / As you listen for my lead / The one I took from our Spirits creed We make a pack of lovers bliss / That all things are possible with / One soulful kiss / That all who know us or come / Our way / Are blessed with knowing / All things are possible / Today. Linaji 2009 All things are possible if we start right now to believe that here in this moment is our POINT OF ATTRACTION / That no matter for how long or what has been going on that does not seem to work can change in an instant if we understand that everything that can ever possibly happen can only happen at this point in time. NOW That everything changes when we start to see that life is suppose to be FUN and we can allow the infinite possibilities to formulate the best path for our desires to manifest. I have never seen this more true than my own life. As everyday I soften my thinking to better feeling thoughts I experience new vista’s to guide me towards that which I am becoming and that which I desire. Today has been such an easy day full of butterfly vibrations and lovely sounds and visions and YOU! xox

It’s been raining non-stop for days now, and finally there have been 2 days of sun, and I can’t believe how green things have gotten. I’m starting to like green just as much as blue.
